BREAKING NEWS: Missing Child Shaniya Davis Found Dead

Breaking News: The disturbing case of missing 5-year-old North Carolina girl Shaniya Davis has taken a demented turn. Her lifeless body was found off a rural road in Sanford North Carolina near a hotel where she was last seen alive with Mario Andrette McNeill, who was carrying her into a hotel room, doing god knows what to this poor child.

Over the weekend a bombshell was dropped when authorties announced the arrest of Shaniya's mother Antoinette Davis. This woman doesn't deserve the title of "mother" she is a disgusting freak. Davis has been charged with repulsive charges including: child abuse, child prostitution, obstruction of justice, and human trafficking. McNeil is also in jail facing felony charges. I bet these two are not going to be the only arrests in this case, I hope that police dig deep into child sex rings which literally operate everywhere, and I hope a lot of scum bags go down.

Haleigh Cummings Update: Drugs, Bloggers, Strippers & a Missing Child

Hi everyone, since I was really busy over the weekend I forgot to post updates on the blog. It was a busy weekend and unfortunately criminals were not resting.

I was a guest on BloggerNews Radio with Jan and Simon Barrett discussing the latest in the Haleigh Cummings case and the cast of characters as usual are involved in more drama. Bounty Hunter William "Cobra" Staubbs correctly pointed out on the show, that atleast these "sideshows" are keeping Haleigh's name in the news and if you want the latest news on Haleigh Cummings BloggerNewsNetwork is the place to go to.

The main topic of discussion was Kim Picazio, the former attorney of Haleigh's mother Crystal Sheffield. Apparently a blogger was feeding missinformation to the Sheffield family regarding Picazio and there was a falling out between the two parties. The Sheffield's filed a bar complaint against Picazio and the bar cleared her of any wrongdoing during her represenation of Crystal.

The bar wrote Crystal explaining their decision and this was the most interesting part:

"Ms. Picazio also contends that your current living situation, health concerns, inability to work, and drug addiction/seizures prevented her from filing a petition for a change in custody..."

As everyone knows I'm not a big fan of Ronald Cummings, but I find it odd that someone like Crystal who was throwing accusations around of drug use in the Cummings household, was also on drugs. Pot calling the kettle black. She wanted to get custody, but what would be the purpose? Have Haleigh (if she is found alive) and her brother go from one drug user to the next?
And if you think I'm going to give Ronald Cummings a break, think again. last weekend on my radio show, investigative journalist Art Harris dropped a bombshell on my program that Ronald Cummings has a new girlfriend. Apparently she is a stripper, I asked if she was of age, and she is. What a nice picture, after he breaks down and cries on Maury, he goes out and dates a stripper all the while his child has yet to be recovered. I bet we all wished we had a father like Ronald Cummings... He has a rap sheet a mile long, he keeps an unloaded gun in an unlocked closet where his 3-year-old sleeps, he puts the gun to his mouth in front of his son and threatens to kill himself, his ex-wife Misty Croslin and a few other people. The more I learn about the family and their erratic behavior the more I think Haleigh never had a chance, and I think Junior needs to be removed from the household before it is too late.

Before I end the blog post, I just want to point out that Misty Croslin the last person to see Haleigh alive has been quiet recently. The police have said that she knows more than what she is telling. It has been 9 months since Haleigh vanished, I think it is high time Misty spills the beans. She holds the key to what happened to Haleigh.

EXCLUSIVE: Leonard Padilla Says George Anthony on Steroids

Last night at 10 PM EST / 9 CST I interviewed Diane Fanning a true crime author who recently wrote a book on the Caylee Anthony case titled "Mommy's Little Girl" and world famous Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla.

There has been a lot of speculation regarding the new evidence that has been released. As many of you know there were syringes and a bottle found at the scene where Caylee's skeletal body was discovered. The syringes contained trace evidence of chloroform but also traces of testosterone, experts say that overconsumption of chloroform would have killed the child, which left many wondering why would she inject her child with testosterone? Leonard Padilla gave his theory and as usual Padilla is no stranger to controversy. Leonard speculated that the testosterone came from the Anthony home and that George Anthony is a steroid user.

Now what was Padilla's reasoning? Leonard stated that George is in very good shape for his age (George is 58-years-old) and he also stated that when he spent time with the family, that he never seen George exercise or work out.

I don't know for a fact that George is on steroids, and it may seem that Padilla is making an outrageous claim, but when you think about it, he actually makes sense and could possibly be right.

Bill O'Reilly Right on Ft. Hood Shooter

Sometimes Bill O'Reilly makes absolutely no sense at all and I usually disagree with him but when O'Reilly discussed the media's coverage of the Ft. Hood Shooter Nidal Malik Hasan, I found myself nodding in agreement with what he had to say. For those of you living under a rock, Hasan a 39-year-old military psychologist gunned down 13 people and wounded 38.

Here is O'Reilly's take on the media coverage:

Many people wanted to blame the military for this man's psychological problems, blame public policy and throw around their psychobabble. Bill O'Reilly said it best: "And you know why people came in here, because they knew they were going to get an honest story. They weren't going to get spin that Hasan is some kind of post-traumatic syndrome victim. Some kind of victim of a terrible public policy gone awry. They're not going to get that..... I almost said a bad word. They're not going to get that garbage here."

As O'Reilly pointed out Dr. Phil was one of the biggest psycho-babblers out there discussing this, he wanted to blame the war for Hasan's actions.

Soshana Johnson, a screechy former prisoner of war also tried to paint Hasan as a poor victim who has "feelings." Screechy Soshana also went on to blame the military and suggest Hasan had PTSD, despite the fact that he had never been to war. Why would he have PTSD if he had never been deployed? And If this evil man had any "feelings" he wouldn't murder 13 people in cold blood, he would have simply killed himself.

Why is it when someone from the military murders innocent people, there are some who always want to look for an excuse? Take Corey Mitchell, a coward true crime author who wrote in the Daily Kos (using a pseudonym) in 2007 that the military is to blame for the actions of serial killers. Mitchell wrote in a post titled "Killitary" that the mlitary is to blame for the actions of several high profile murderers. What ever happened to personal responsibility? Why is society, the military or public policy always to blame when someone does something evil and self centered? I think it comes from the lame idea that "it takes a village" to raise children that everyone is responsible for everyone else and there is no parental responsibility or personal responsibility. After many blogs slammed him, the Daily Kos deleted the entry, but Mitchell still keeps the post up on his true crime blog.

Hasan was evil, you don't murder 13 people if you are simply depressed. You would only kill yourself. Only a freak with no regard for the lives of others would take the life of someone else. I'm really tired of these psychobabblers and armchair psychologists who make excuses and blame everyone under the sun for the actions of evil people, and as O'Reilly pointed out, so are the American people.

BREAKING NEWS IN THE CAYLEE ANTHONY CASE

There is explosive breaking news coming out of Orlando Florida in the case of Casey Anthony accused of murdering her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Anthony. The new twist in this bizarre case is the fact that a bottle and syringes were found at the site where Caylee's dead body was disposed off. Both the bottle and the syringe had traces of Chloroform inside of them.

This evidence is another nail in the coffin of Casey Anthony, but will it seal her fate in court? Casey Anthony's computer contained web searches for chloroform, missing children, neck breaking and the death penalty. These searches took place before Caylee died, which would show premeditation. Also, it is being reported that a bag found inside of Casey Anthony's car had "coffin flies" in it, those are flies that are attracted to decomposing flesh.

A a friend of mine named Amy on Facebook told me, "the gun is smoking! How's the Bella Vita now, bi***???" I couldn't have said it better. She was referring to the tattoo Casey got on her back while her child's body rotted away and decomposed. While the body deteriorated Casey was lying through her teeth about a babysitter that kidnapped Caylee. I hope that Casey Anthony got comfortable with syringes because if the prosecution has it their way, she will be getting one right in the arm!
