Cast of Characters in the Lisa Irwin Case

The Lisa Irwin case is often compared to the Haleigh Cummings case, a child goes missing, the mother figure's story is fishy, the father is working the night shift, comes home to find his daughter gone... And despite the holes in his live-in-girlfriends story, he continues to stand by her. Plus, we have all these other shady characters popping up left and right... and despite the circus, there is still no sign of the missing child.

So I decided to compile a "who is who" list for the Baby Lisa case, so we can keep all these characters straight.

Lisa Irwin - 11-months-old, reported missing from her Kansas City home October 4th around 4 AM.

Deborah Bradley - Lisa's mother, claims she was intoxicated the night her daughter vanished. Says she last saw her daughter at 10:30 PM, then later recants that, and says she last saw her daughter when she put her to bed at 6:30 PM. Deborah Bradley says police tell her she is a "bad mother", she is responsible for her daughters death, and that she had failed a polygraph.

Jeremy Irwin - The father of Baby Lisa. Was working an electrical job at a Starbucks overnight, when he came home he discovered the lights were on, a window open, the front door unlocked, and cell phones belonging to he and Deborah Bradley missing. Irwin also claims that the police accused him of having involvement in his daughters death.

Bill Stanton - A self professed "private investigator" based in New York, is hired by an anonymous benefactor, to work on the case. Stanton seems to have a bias in favor of the Irwin family. Put his foot in his mouth when he claimed that he believed the child was still alive, and did not die inside the home. Then, search warrants released to the public reveal a cadaver dog hit on the scent of a decaying body inside the home.

Joe Tacopina - A high profile defense lawyer also based in New York, known for representing Joran Vandersloot from the Natalee Holloway case, is also retained by the same anonymous benefactor that hired Stanton. Tacopina cuts off media and police access to the Irwin family, and Deborah and Jeremy quit cooperating with law enforcement.

John Picerno - A local Kansas City, attorney representing Jeremy Irwin and Deborah Bradley.

Megan Wright - Woman that lives near the Irwin family. Ex-girlfriend of a local handyman/squatter/criminal "Jersey" Tanko. Police claim that the night baby Lisa vanished, that one of the phones belonging to Jeremy Irwin and Deborah Bradley had dialed her phone number. Megan says the person that had her phone was her druggie room mate Dane Diggler.

John "Jersey" Tanko - Ex-boyfriend of Wright. Was seen in the neighborhood baby Lisa vanished from. Questioned by investigators. His attorney claims he is not a suspect, but Picerno claims that there is a witness that said "Jersey" was paid $300 to kidnap Lisa, and another witness overheard him bragging about taking her. "Jersey" is currently in custody after being arrested on charges of tampering with a motor vehicle, he plead not guilty, and a trial is scheduled in April.

Phillip Netz - Deborah Bradley's brother, spotted with her at the supermarket purchasing boxed wine. Was in the home the night Lisa vanished.

Samantha Brando - Next door neighbor to the Irwin's, drank wine with Deborah the night Lisa vanished on the front porch. She and her 4-year-old daughter were visiting the Irwin home, and left at 11:30 PM. Deborah goes to bed and turns off the lights at 10:30 PM, but Brando stays on the front porch chatting with another neighbor until 11:30 PM.

Stephanie Almaguer - Dallas psychic, claims that Baby Lisa died of a drowning and her body was disposed of by a male and a female. Almaguer is no stranger to missing children cases, she was a member of the Radio Newz forum, and when a poster had accused her of stealing her visions, a "friend" of Stephanie's joined the forum and put a "hex" on members. The IP number of Steph's "friend" was Stephanie's IP.

Haleigh Cummings conspiracy author Timothy Holmseth is scheduled to appear in court at 10 AM, after violating an injunction against him for cyberstalking high profile Fort Lauderdale attorney Kim Picazio, who is the former lawyer for Haleigh's mother Crystal Sheffield.

Holmseth posted a photo of Picazio on his site violating the court order not make online postings refrencing her.

Holmseth targeted Picazio in 2009 when she became involved in the case. The tough family law attorney targeted the father of Haleigh Cummings and had exposed Ronald Cummings as an abusive father toward Haleigh and her brother Junior in the media.

Regularly appearing on TV shows such as At Large with Geraldo Rivera, Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell, and Nancy Grace, Picazio was successfully able to destory the positive image Ronald Cummings had attempted to portray to the world.

Picazio's campaign on behalf of her client, caught the attention of Holmseth who was on the heels of his own bitter custody battle, where he was not able to obtain primary custody of his son.

Getting inside the twisted and demented mind of Holmseth could help us understand the way he operates and give us a possible motive for why he is targeting Picazio...

Kim represents the female attorney who beat Holmseth in court... Crystal Sheffield, Haleigh's mother represents the mother of his child... And Timothy Holmseth identified with Ronald Cummings. The equation, is why Holmseth is so obsessed with the Haleigh Cummings case. Don't buy his BS that he knows this child is alive and that he just wants her found. Remember, Holmseth is a man who once claimed that his finger prints were stolen from him.

Timothy "stolen fingerprints" Holmseth mounted an online smear campaign on behalf of Misty Croslin and Ronald Cummings, where he smeared everyone from Kim Picazio, to Haleigh's maternal family members, even making outlandish accusations about law enforcement working on Haleigh's case.

Holmseth has gone so far as to accuse law enforcement, along with Kim Picazio of being involved in covering up the abduction of Haleigh Cummings. In addition to that, Holmseth has made several attempts at filing bar complaints against Kim Picazio... The bar complaints went nowhere. His failed complaints to the FBI and Attorney General against investigators working on the Haleigh Cummings case, also went nowhere.

Moreover, Picazio was sent cryptic and creepy email messages written by Holmseth where he mentioned her small children, and made sexual innuendos towards her.

After two years of being a target of the tin foil blogger, Picazio was fed up and decided to fight back. She was granted an injunction, and the defiant conspiracy theorist refuses to quit...

Now that he is in jail, will he get the message? In that demented, twisted, paranoid, conspiracy theorist mind of his, does he have any common sense left? What sort of message does this send to Timothy's online cohorts such as Grifter William "Cobra" Staubs, Mary Lee, Wayanee Kruger, and Noreen?

I guess only time will tell...

Orlando woman vanishes after battling ex on "People's Court"

33-year-old Orlando woman Michelle Parker has been missing since last Thursday when she dropped her twins off at their father, Dale smith's home. This occured two hours after an episode of the "People's Court" aired. On the episode both Smith and Parker were litigants.

Smith took Parker to court after she threw a $5,000 engagement ring he gave her off a hotel balcony, after a drunken fight. Parker accused Smith of cheating on her, and claimed he was abusive. The couple also clashed over visitation rights over their twins.

Michelle's family claimed that she was humilated after the episode ran, and regretted her decision to appear on the show.

Despite the rocky and violent relationship police have not named Smith a suspect or a person of interest. However his home was searched, in addition to areas near the home. Items were taken out of the home, but specifics have not been released.

The sister of Michelle Parker spoke out on HLN's Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell, and claimed that they appeared on the show in June, had since talked things out, and she says the conflict they had on the show was "done with."

Parker's bother, worried about her, texted her and asked her where she was. He got a one word reply: "Waterford." According to Michelle's family, law enforcement told them that her phone was never in Waterford.

Police located Parker's black hummer on the West side of Orlando. Law enforcement have not yet been able to locate her phone.

Parker worked as a bartender, and never showed up to work.

Noreen, has an odd obsession and soft spot for the admitted drug trafficker Ronald Cummings, now a member of a Nazi, White Supremacist, prison gang. Noreen, now wishes she was Ron's Eva Braun. The dense, english blogger thinks she knows more than the PCSO and has accused officers working on the Haleigh Cummings case of being corrupt, and has been particularly harsh on Detective Peggy Cone, when she doesn't know squat about any of them.

Has Notorious Grifter & Donation Seeker William "Cobra" Staubs Finally Shut Up?

One of the myriad of personalities to insert themselves and throw themselves into the Haleigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony cases is a man infamously known as "Cobra." A/K/A Grifter William "Cobra" Staubs, is known for his swindling shenanigans in the Haleigh Cummings and Caylee Anthony cases. The problem with "Cobra" is that he just doesn't know when to shut up. Cobra is a serial offender at inserting his foot into his mouth.

Cobra came into the Haleigh Cummings case hoping to be able to score a reality tv show and rip a page out of Leonard Padilla's book and get his face on TV. Unlike Leonard, who openly claims to be a media whore, Cobra came into the case under the guise that he just wanted to help find "America's girl." Most people could see through that act. But he was able to pull the wool over the eyes of some gullible bloggers.

The slimy narcissistic reptible, unable to get the attention of legitimate media took to the internet and aligned himself with fringe conspiracy theorists. There, Cobra whined and literally went into crying jags about how he misses his girlfriend, his children, his family, etc. Notorious for breaking into fake tears, Cobra whined about how inserting himself into a missing child case started to take a toll on him financially. Cobra begged case followers to send him money.

Moreover, Cobra is known online for begging for donations, even having people such as fringe conspiracy blogger Timothy Holmseth put up a paypal button for people to donate to him. Even pulling the wool over the eyes of BNN listeners who were giving him their money, thinking he was searching for Haleigh. It got so bad that BNN radio became an infomercial for Cobra.

Cobra even had his minions at BNN beg people donate to him... For instance the infamous giggling blogger "Stone" a/k/a Pickles blogged this:

Cobra had even gotten into trouble with the Agriculture department in Florida for soliciting donations without a license.

Furthermore, in the midst of the Haleigh Cummings search, Cobra would set up tents with buckets with the missing childs picture on it, collecting donations, fooling people and trying to swindle ignorant people out of their money, thinking he was working the case. When in reality, Cobra had spent most of his time speaking with a woman who was insane and a ward of the state.

Cobra ended up being arrested, charged, and he plead no contest for battery and destitute, he was ran out of town for his antics and never ending drama he caused in the Haleigh Cummings case.

Despite being arrested, ran out of town, having his licenses yanked, agreeing not to conduct business in Putnam County, or neighboring counties, Cobra continues to spread his crap and has teamed up with conspiracy blogger "My finger prints were stolen" Timothy Holmseth.

Holmseth has been court ordered to stop cyber stalking high profile South FL family law attorney Kim Picazio, who was the attorney for Haleigh's mother. Cobra who has a vendetta against Kim Picazio, after she fired him for his unethical conduct in the Cummings case. Cobra has supplied the conspiracy nut with false information. Now that Holmseth has been smacked down by a Broward County, FL Judge, Cobra has spiraled out of control.

Cobra took to twitter to bash Picazio and even her husband. Bringing up her children and making crude sexual innuendos about Picazio.

Cobra should be investigated for accomplice liability for contributing and feeding the dangerous obesssion Timothy Holmseth has with Kim Picazio.

But it doesn't end there, word on the street has it that Cobra even fed his false info to a prison groupie by the name of Charles Lee, the alleged boyfriend of Misty Croslin. Lee allegedly put posters around Daytona Beach, claiming that Picazio abducted Haleigh Cummings.

Cobra is so obsessed with Kim Picazio and her husband that he allegedly even hired someone to breach the phone records of his mother and brother to see if they were in contact with Picazio.

Now Cobra has deleted his twitter account where he spent his time obsessing over the Picazio's. Did he suddenly get smart and decide to drop his vendetta against the Picazio's? I doubt it, but time will tell.

Get real Cobra. You didn't have anything to contribute except your usual fringe theories about who the baby daddy is of Haleigh ((rolls eyes)), and who is sleeping with who... Face it, nobody cares about your weird theories or your collection of OJ Simpson's trash and pubic hair.

Breaking: New York's "most hated lawyer" now represents parents of Lisa Irwin

In Day 14 of the investigation into missing 10-month-old baby Lisa Irwin, her parents hire a high profile criminal defense lawyer that the New York Post calls "the most hated lawyer in New York."

Tacopina is best known for representing Joran Vandersloot in the Natalee Holloway case, he has also represented an ex-NYPD officer accused of rape, and an alleged cop killer. One prosecutor says this about the attorney: "He's slick, he's got a big ego, and he'll represent any scumbag."

When asked who was paying him to represent the parents, Tacopina refused to reveal the identity, claiming that would violate attorney client privilege.

Tacopina also took a swipe at Kansas City investigators claiming that the police have focused on the parents, have came to that conclusion and are looking on evidence to support that conclusion.

Tacopina said he is convinced of their innocence and that people pointing fingers in their direction will be "shocked when the truth comes out." Tacopina also put a hault to his new clients giving interviews to the media, after the couple give a series of national TV interviews that have caused the suspicion around them to escalate.

In an interview with Megyn Kelly on Fox News, Deborah Bradely revealed she was drunk the night her daughter went missing, and had several glasses of wine. Bradely also claimed it was possible that she had a black out that night.

Kelly, also caught Bradely in an inconsistency about when she last saw her daughter. She had previously stated that she checked on her daughter at 10:30 PM, but now says she doesn't remember checking on her at that time. Bradely says she last saw baby Lisa when she put her to bed around 6:30 PM.

Bradely also denied killing, hurting, selling, or having any idea of who took her daughter. Bradely also says she refuses to let police interview her other children.

Jeremy Irwin, the father of baby Lisa, claims that the police also accused him of being involved in his daughters disappearance. Bradely also said that the police have "scared the crap out of her."

Megyn Kelly also reported that law enforcement told Fox News that Deborah Bradely failed her polygraph "miserably."

A missing 10-month-old infant named Lisa Irwin, from Kansas City, MO has been missing for over a week. Now a private investigator known as "Wild Bill" Stanton, a former NY policeman, has joined the intense search. Investigators welcome any information the former policeman can bring them, but "Wild Bill" will not be gaining access to their case file.

Meanwhile, baby Lisa's aunt is also speaking out and she says that the family is preparing for the mother of Lisa, Deborah Bradely, to be arrested in connection to her daughters disappearance. She claims the police "have to pin it on somebody" but she still maintains Bradely's innocence.

However, it doesn't seem like police are soley focused on Lisa's mother, as they are filing subpoenas to obtain footage of local news interviews with the Irwin family, friends, and neighbors.

Furthermore, police are also questioning locals about a young homeless man who was known to ride his red bike in the neighborhood, and did handiwork in the area. Apparently the young man hasn't been seen since Lisa vanished.

But suspicion continues to swirl around Deborah Bradely, as grocery store footage is released depicting Bradely, accompanied by an unidentified man purchasing wine, plates, and napkins from a store 5 hrs before baby Lisa was reported missing.

Lisa Irwin was reported missing last Tuesday, when her father Jeremy Irwin returned home in the early morning hours after working the nightshift. Lisa's crib was empty, a window in her room was up, house lights were on, and the family cell phones were missing.

Deborah Bradely claims she checked on her daughter 10:30 PM that night, went to bed, and that was the last time she saw her daughter.

Disguised Casey Anthony dodges tough questions in weekend deposition!

Casey Anthony, the 25-year-old Florida woman who was acquitted of murdering her 2-year-old daughter Caylee, dodged questions in a deposition over the weekend. Anthony wore a disguise that consisted of a wig, sunglasses and a baseball cap, as attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez attempted to question her.

Gonzalez is suing Anthony, because she claims Casey Anthony ruined her repuation, when she told the police that a nanny by the name of Zenaida kidnapped Caylee in 2008.

John Morgan the attorney for Gonzalez described Anthony's demeanor as angry and claimed her nostrils were flaring, but that she wasn't rude. Morgan also said he questioned Anthony for 45 mins, but she plead the 5th and refused to answer many of his questions.

Morgan said he plans to take the video of the deposition to a judge in order to compell Anthony to answer his questions. If a judge rules that Anthony should answer the questions and she still refuses, she could be held in contempt.

Even though Anthony plead the 5th to questions relating to her daughters death, she did reveal that she has not spoken to her parents since 2008.

Kim Picazio strikes back against Haleigh Cummings conspiracy author

Conspiracy theorist and author of a fringe self published book on the Haleigh Cummings case, Timothy Holmseth was smacked down by a Broward County, FL judge! Holmseth failed to appear at a court hearing where the former attorney for Haleigh Cummings mother, Kim Picazio was granted a permanent indefinite injunction against the conspiracy theorist for repeat violence, cyber stalking, and harassment.

Holmseth made headlines in late 2010 after self publishing a book where he accused Picazio, local law enforcement in Putnam County, FL and others of knowing the missing child Haleigh Cummings was alive and covering up her whereabouts... Despite the fact police declared the child died from a homicide.

Holmseth has also made multiple accusations about Picazio on his website.

Picazio showed evidence of Holmseth directing sexual innuendo's to her in emails, and sending her cryptic messages about her family, and small children. Holmseth has also harassed Picazio's close friends and family that had no involvement in the Cummings case. Holmseth started his obsessed with Picazio in 2009.

Moreover, the judge also ordered Holmseth to remove all materials on his website/book that directly or indirectly reference Kim Picazio.

The court also appointed a special prosecutor to prosecute Holmseth for violating the injunction.

My Thoughts on Anthony's Dr. Phil Interview

When I first heard the news that Casey Anthony's parents, George and Cindy Anthony were going to be appearing on Dr. Phil, I was annoyed. I watched Cindy Anthony lie on the stand about Casey's internet searches for chloroform and haven't forgot about how obnoxious she and George had been towards anyone suspicious of their daughter.

I didn't want to hear anything from them... given their history. My opinion of George Anthony softened during the trial, I found some of his testimony very upfront and honest when he was questioned and denied accusations of sex abuse or his involvement in Caylee's death... but deceptive in some aspects, like his affair with Krystal Holloway.

On the contrary my opinion of Cindy didn't improve. I found her to be manipulative and a liar during the trial.

I was just tired of both of them, and their daughter, who I believe got a free pass for killing or causing the death of her daughter. I didn't want to give the clan anymore attention.

But I'll confess... I watched the Dr. Phil interview and I found Dr. Phil to be a very good host. He asked very tough questions, and didn't back down to Cindy or George. He confronted Cindy Anthony on making excuses for Casey. Confronted Cindy Anthony about Casey's lifestyle and lies following the death of Caylee... and Dr. Phil wasn't afraid to call BS on Cindy when he felt she was making things up to excuse Casey.

In a court room questions that lawyers ask are limited and confined to what a judge deems the relevant facts of the case. I felt Dr. Phil was able to go where the lawyers couldn't go. There was no lawyer there to object, no judge to limit Dr. Phil's questions. It turned out to be a very informative show and we go to see both George and Cindy for who they are.

During the interview, I came to the conclusion that George Anthony is no longer buying into Casey's lies and deception. He is a former police officer and he seems to have snapped out of his pro Casey trance and is able to see his daughter is guilty. The straw that broke the camels back was most likely the trial, when she made horrific accusations about him.

However, I got the impression that Cindy Anthony is trying to convey a new image of herself... Even though she still lied for Casey, she wasn't hostile with Dr. Phil, when he was critical of Casey. I think Cindy is putting on an act. She wants everyone to see her as a victim, and a poor grandmother. I think Cindy is attempting to manipulate the viewers and is trying to make herself look good, in order to get sympathy.

I found her excuses to be laughable... She claimed Casey suffered from seizures, possibly had a brain tumor, or post par tum schizophrenia, and blamed those fabricated medical conditions for Casey's poor behavior, lies, and the death of Caylee.

When is Cindy going to realize that her lies are not in the least convincing? I think Cindy thinks she is so smarter than everyone else that people will actually believe her lies... She should have been prosecuted for perjury and maybe that would have sent a strong message to her that it isn't fine and dandy to lie, especially about something as serious as the murder of a child.

I also still think George will end up walking out on Cindy. She continues to enable Casey, while George seems to know the truth. I hope he has the back bone to tell Cindy to choose between Casey, Caylee's killer, or him...

Casey Anthony Back in Florida!

Jose Baez spoke out to Geraldo Rivera on Fox News last night and revealed that his client Casey Anthony is back in the state of Florida awaiting a ruling on whether she will have to serve 1 year probation after pleading guilty to check fraud charges.

Baez says he fears for Casey's safety and that she "has a lot of figuring out to do with that is left of her life."

Baez also told Rivera, that pictures posted on TMZ of a woman that looked like Casey Anthony spotted in Ohio, was his client, and that she spent time in Ohio with "spiritual" people. Baez also said that Anthony has had "limited" contact with her parents George and Cindy Anthony, but none with her brother Lee.

Anthony accused her father and brother of molesting her during her trial.

Meanwhile, George and Cindy Anthony will be speaking out to Dr. Phil, in an interview airing September 12. Dr. Phil claims the interview was very tough and the Anthony's were not paid, but that a charitable donation was made to their non profit. Some claim the Anthony's use their non profit to make money, instead of getting a job.

The Florida Bar has also launched an ethics investigation into Jose Baez, claiming Baez knew Casey Anthony had to serve probation once released and had an obligation to inform the court that she had to. Baez told TMZ he anticipates the complaint will be dismissed.

Update: Robyn Gardner Missing in Aruba

New developments are emerging in the investigation into missing 35-year-old Maryland woman Robyn Gardner, who vanished on the island of Aruba earlier this month. The suspect in Robyn's disappearance, Gary Giordano, a 55-year-old man, also from Maryland, who traveled to Aruba with Gardner, tried to collect on an insurance policy on Robyn Gardner two days after she went missing.

Giordano took out a $1.5 million accidental death insurance on Gardner and attempted to collect on it, two days after her disappearance. Some would suggest that this means Giordano lured Gardner to Aruba, with the intentions of killing her, and then cashing in.

Photos were also recovered on Giordano's digital camera, that depicted the missing woman in sexual positions. People noticed that the day Gardner vanished, that when she and Giordano ate at Rum Reef Bar and Grill, that she seemed woozy. Some are speculating that Giordano could have drugged Gardner to get her to pose in those positions so he could photograph it.

Furthermore, blood was also found on a rock near the spot Giordano and Gardner allegedly went snorkeling, along with a condom.

Now according to ABC News a witness is disputing Giordano's claims that he and Gardner went snorkeling. The new witness claims that while he was fishing, he witnessed the two walking along the reef, but they never got into the water.

Casey Anthony Latest

According to a recent poll, Casey Anthony has been named the most hated person in America, after being found not guilty for the murder or manslaughter of her two-year-old daughter Caylee Anthony. Casey Anthony is more hated than OJ Simpson, Octomom, Spencer Pratt, and Paris Hilton.

Judge Perry who presided over her murder trial, also ordered last week for Casey Anthony back to Orlando to serve one year supervised probation, for check fraud charges she plead guilty to, before her acquittal.

The original judge, Judge Strickland verbally ruled that Casey must serve probation once released... But there was a clerical error and the written order didn't specify that.

Judge Perry also blasted Jose Baez, saying that Baez wasn't professional, and that he knew of the clerical error, that didn't state Casey must serve probation after her release.

Team Casey Anthony plan on appealing the ruling claiming Casey served her probation in jail. The courts could grant a stay, which would mean Casey could remain in hiding until a final decision is made on the appeal.

Casey may return to Orlando August 26th, but Judge Perry ruled that her address where she will be staying can be kept secret, due to the outrage over the not guilty verdict.

Who is Gary Giordano, suspected in the death of Robyn Gardner?

55-year-old Maryland man Gary Giordano met Robyn Gardner on dating site Match.com and offered her a trip to Aruba. Gardner took Giordano up on his offer, and on August 2nd she vanished. Giordano claims that they were snorkeling at Baby Beach in Aruba, right behind a country club when a large current swept his 35-year-old companion away.

Aruba prosecutors doubt Giordano's version of events and have named him a suspect and jailed him after discovering inconsistencies in his story. Prosecutors claim there were no currents that evening, and that if Gardner drowned that her body would have promptly been discovered.

According to the AP Giordano would lure women in by offering to take them on vacations and by using his $1.3 million mansion in a upper class Washington suburb to his advantage.

His first wife Sharon Cohen claimed in 2001 in court papers that he had problems controlling his anger. Cohen was so concerned that she took out a protection order against him, covering not only herself but her children.

Cohen claims that Giordano threw and broke objects, and would frequently throw their 13-year-old son to the ground according to the Fredrick News Post.

One woman that was romantically involved with the 55-year-old claims that Giordano threatened her one time by telling her the world would be better off without her. She also claims that Giordano would secretly video tape their sexual encounters. The woman also alleges that Giordano put revealing photographs of her, in her neighbors mailboxes. According to her attorney, she didn't want to pursue criminal charges against him, because she was so scared of how he would retaliate.

Giordano was also arrested in April of last year, after another woman claimed he strangled her during sex, and the encounter was caught on video according to WUSA. Additionally the woman was struck in the head, face, buttocks and legs. No criminal charges were filed, because she was also scared of Giordano.

Jeannette Farago who once dated Giordano told the Washington Post that Giordano stalked and harrased her. She claims that after she rejected his offer to take her on a two week cruise that he showed up outside of her window wearing a deer mask. She describes him as "creepy and scary."

A hearing will be held in Aruba today, and a judge will decide if there is enough evidence against Giordano to keep him in custody. We'll stay on top of this story as it develops.

Maryland Woman Robyn Gardner Vanishes in Aruba! Will Suspect Walk Free?

35-year-old Maryland woman, Robyn Gardner vanishes on the same resort island that Alabama teen Natalee Holloway vanished from in 2005. Gardner vanished August 2nd.

Gardner was on the island of Aruba with a companion by the name of Gary Giordano, who is 55-yrs-old. Giordano is currently jailed, after investigators discovered inconsistencies in his story. Giordano claims that a large current swept Gardner away from him, while he and Gardner were snorkeling. Police don't believe Gardner's story, and claim Gardner is dead.

Today Giordano's attorney argued that his client should be released from prison, because he claims there is no hard evidence against him.

But prosecutors counter that by telling People that if Gardner drowned at Baby Beach, that she would have been found by now, because most bodies are recovered immediately in that particular location. The prosecutor also claims that the tides were not strong on that particular evening.

Gardner and Giordano met on Match.com and Gardner had a boyfriend at the time she went on this trip with Giordano.

Giordano has a sleazy past... Some girlfriends claim he stalked them, one claims that he showed up at her home wearing a deer mask after she refused to go on a two week cruise with him.

Giordano is also accused of secretly videotaping himself having sex with women and then posting the pornographic images on the internet.

One woman even claims that Giordano strangled her during sex.

The multiple women who allegedly fell prey to Giordano all dropped their complaints against him, because they were scared he might further terrorize them.

Sex Predator Nabbed! Holly Bobo connection?

A sex offender that TN investigators have been searching for since 20-year-old nursing student Holly Bobo vanished in April has been caught in Duluth, MN. 44-year-old Victor George Wall was arrested for molesting a child in the state of Washington 20 years ago, and now he has became the target of investigators searching for the missing Darden, TN woman.

Wall is currently awaiting extradition to Tennessee. He lived near Holly Bobo at one time, and police have always said that the abductor of Holly was a local. Any connection he may have with the missing nursing student is unknown at this time.

Wall was nabbed by U.S. Marshall's while sleeping at his girlfriends home. Once he is extradited to TN, investigators plan on questioning the 44-year-old pervert about the Holly Bobo case.

There isn't that much known about what happened to Holly, four months ago, but what we do know is:

Holly's brother Clint was the last known person to see Holly alive, he claimed he witnessed her walking into the woods with a man, that he mistaken for her boyfriend. Holly's 25-year-old brother described Holly's captor as a man dressed in camouflage.

Investigators have said everyone thus far has been cooperative and their alibi's have checked out.

A neighbor of the Bobo family called 911 the morning Holly vanished after hearing screams near her home.

Furthermore, blood was found on the Bobo property, but the results of the blood have not been released.

Sex Offender Linked to Holly Bobo Abduction?

Holly's mom, Karen Bobo, speaks out on HLN's "Prime News"

When 20-year-old nursing Student Holly Bobo vanished from her home in rural Darden, TN, investigators immediately started to track down sex offenders in the small town and surrounding areas. Authorities are now investigating to see if there is a connection between Holly, and a sex offender in the area, that they failed to locate.

Now police are on the hunt for Victor George Wall, a 44-year-old violent sex offender that is on the loose and failed to register in TN, after he was convicted in the state of Missouri for child molestation in 1988. Now there is a warrant out for his arrest.

Furthermore, in nearby Benton County, a man by the name of Jason Everett Nickell was arrested for stalking two young women, that were 19-years-old, around the same age as Holly. He stalked one woman at the mall, and another woman at her college.

Many are wondering if Nickell may hold any information on what happened to Holly, since his bond is very high at, $300,000.

Holly Bobo's Family Breaks Silence

For the first time since April 13th, when Holly Bobo mysteriously vanished from her Darden, TN home, the family of the missing 20-year-old nursing student are speaking out on the details of what happened that horrific day.

Karen Bobo, the mother of Holly, and Holly's brother Clint spoke out to WREG TV. Karen Bobo says she struggles with getting up in the morning, but that she reads the Bible for strength. She along with Clint Bobo spend their time passing out fliers, searching for Holly, and making telephone calls to find her.

Karen Bobo says that Holly had been up since 4:30 AM the day she vanished studying for a test, and claims she was shocked when she first learned that Holly was possibly abducted.

Clint Bobo also says he witnessed his sister being led away into the woods, walking North, with a man dressed in camo that he assumed was Holly's boyfriend, who was an avid turkey hunter.

Clint Bobo also claims that he never said Holly was being dragged away, and that description was "completely false."

Clint claims he later found out that Holly had been threatened and didn't consentually go into the woods.

Karen Bobo also says that she was told by a school secretary, that a neighbor had heard screams coming from the Bobo home.

Four 911 calls were made concerning Holly... One from the school where Karen Bobo worked, One from the neighbor who heard the screams coming from the Bobo home, and two from Karen Bobo.

Unforunately nothing was cleared up. While I have no reason to believe that Clint Bobo is involved in foul play, why did he not hear the screams? Maybe there is a reason, he may have been in the shower, playing music, had the TV too loud? There could be an innocent explanation...

Furthermore, Why is he saying that Holly was threatened? Where does that information come from? Was the blood found at the home identified as Holly's, and did the investigators inform the family she had been threatened?

We also still do not know the results of the blood found on the Bobo property and if that blood was Holly's.

Dumb, Dumb, and Dumber: Geraldo Rivera, Jake Schalmo, and Al Taylor

Geraldo Rivera of Fox News, Jake Schalmo of Shalmo productions, and free lance producer Al Taylor are scratching and hissing at each other and fighting over who will get the first interview with Casey Anthony.

I say boycott these three dirt bags. Anyone that would attempt to make a deal with a cold blooded killer Casey Anthony, is a morally bankrupt individual.

These three freaks are basically trying to reward Casey Anthony after she got away with murdering her two-year-old daughter Caylee, and they are trying to cash in themselves.

I invited sleaze ball Jake Schalmo on my show, a man that runs a production company that has offered Casey Anthony 5 million bucks for an interview, and the prick claimed he was only accepting paid interviews. So he is trying to cash in on this himself.

Al Taylor is trying to get the public to warm up to his request by claiming that he would hook Casey up to a polygraph and "grill her like a fish." Well, we in the public really don't need a polygraph test to confirm what we already know... That she is a lying, horrible, child killer.

And Geraldo continues to suck up to Casey Anthony by claiming that she was a good mother. Which is a stupid thing to say. It is time for Geraldo to retire. He is nothing but a baby killing apologist joke, he is no longer the trail blazing investigative reporter, but a TV host who is now sucking up to Jose Baez and Casey Anthony to get an interview to revitalize his old, washed up, has been career.

Every time I turn it on his Fox News show, it is nothing but a sick display love session for Casey and her unethical defense lawyer Jose Baez.

Unfortunately for these three clowns, nobody in the United States is interested in hearing more of Casey Anthony's lies, and I doubt they will be successful in their attempts to make a deal with the devil.

Desperate Search for Missing Baby Kate

(Ludington, Michigan) The mother of missing 4-month-old Kate Phillips called 911 last month to report that the father of her child, had taken off with her daughter at 1:10 PM, June 29th. The 4-month-old hasn't been seen since. The father, Sean Phillips, was supposed to take Kate and her mother Ariel Courtland to take a paternity test and confirm whether or not he was Kate's father.

According to Courtland, Phillips did not want to pay child support. Now Phillips is in jail, facing kidnapping charges.

After Phillips allegedly abducted Baby Kate, he was witnessed walking into a Wendy's alone, and was arrested a few hours later at his parents home.

Phillips is not cooperating with investigators, and the only clues that police have found are the clothes that Baby Kate was wearing the day she was taken.

According to Ariel Courtland she was arguing with Phillips outside her apartment, because he refused to tell his parents that Kate was his daughter. Courtland also claims that Phillips was trying to convince her to give the baby up for adoption.

Courtland claims she noticed Phillips had left with the baby, after she went back into her apartment to retrieve a stroller.

Courtland has spoken to Phillips while he is in jail and she claims that he is acting as if everything is normal, and that he told her that Kate is alive.

Phillips is refusing to tell the police where Baby Kate is, he is in jail on a $500,000 bond. Police have called off all land searches for Baby Kate, but are still working the case. There is a $1,320 reward for anyone with information on this case... If you have information call: 231-869-5858

Reaction to the Casey Anthony Verdict

I find it really disturbing that TV pundits and TV "critics" are more outraged at Nancy Grace and her passionate coverage of the Caylee Anthony murder case, than they are about Casey Anthony walking free. I believe Casey is a cold blooded child killer.

It is an outrage that 12 morons allowed her to walk away free... after lying to police and allowing the bones of her daughter to rot and be eaten by animals... All the while she partied at nightclubs, participated in "hot body contests" and shacked up with multiple men.

The jury convicted Casey Anthony of lying, but failed to convict of murder. Did they ever care to add up 2+2 and come up with 4? The reason she lied is because she killed her child! It is really that simple.

One critic called Grace's coverage "immoral." The only thing immoral in this story is a defense team that accuses people of sex abuse in open court without a shred of evidence to back it up. That is immoral. It is immoral for Casey's defense team to include people in the disposing of Caylee's body without any evidence to back it up.

That is immoral. Not Nancy Grace... Grace is a strong advocate for children and victims of violence. I've disagreed with her in the past, especially her defense of drug dealing child abuser Ronald Cummings... but on the Anthony verdict Nancy Grace was 100% correct.

Casey Anthony fits the description of a heartless psychopath. She is self absorbed, and is all about "me me me." At one point telling her parents that all they were worried about was bringing Caylee home.... Casey wanted their attention directed soley getting her out of jail. She didn't have a care in the world about her child.

After viewing those video tapes, how in the heck could 12 sane people not see that Casey Anthony wasn't capable of murder?

It is obvious from all of her lies that she wasn't covering for anyone, or that it wasn't an accident. She was covering up something more sinister and common sense would dictate a cold blooded murder.

The prosecution did an excellent job of laying out their case and debunking the absurd "accident" theory by Casey's immoral defense team. A theory cooked up three years later, to snow ball this jury. Unfortunately it was just another lie by Casey and it worked...

Instead of making Casey and her defense team celebrities, and vilifying Nancy Grace... why are more people not looking at the defense strategy and asking why they went so far as to slander people and ruin reputations to get their evil client off the hook?

As far as I'm concerned Jose Baez is a very diabolical attorney. I will boycott anything he writes or says. As is Casey Anthony, she doesn't deserve to make millions after lying to police about her dead daughter.

I think everyone has the right to speak up and state their opinions. Nancy Grace is doing just that, and I'm proud of her for not backing down just because some snobby TV critic, or an immoral defense member blasts her.

Furthermore, Casey Anthony had the right to a defense attorney and due process... I would be angry if she wasn't. I know the constitution protects everyone INCLUDING Casey Anthony. BUT at what costs? Is a defense attorney allowed to just put people through the grinder in order to save the life, of what the majority of Americans believe is a murderer?

The defense could have taken a more ethical approach to the way they handled the case and defended Casey Anthony, but instead they chose to go about it in a sensational and slimy fashion.

Instead of being outraged at comments made by Nancy Grace, or Bill O'Reilly. We should redirect that at the jury, the defense, Casey Anthony, and Cindy Anthony who are going to attempt to profit off of this case. Any money that crowd makes will be blood money and they are making it from LYING.

Also, where is the outrage at absurd comments made by the likes of pro-defense TV spinner Geraldo Rivera who had the nerve to say Casey Anthony was a good mom? Who is he kidding? This slut went and participated in a "hot body" contest while her child was DEAD and rotting in the woods. She is a TERRIBLE mother. She is an EVIL mother. She is ATROCIOUS!

Boycott anything Anthony, Baez, or from this jury.

Pundits making the rounds on the talk show circuits are already speculating that the alleged killer mom Casey Anthony will be found not guilty of killing her two-year-old daughter Caylee Anthony. On the Fox News Channel last week, former prosecutor Wendy Murphy speculates that the accused murderess will walk free, because prosecutors don't have the answers to: "when, where, and who" killed Caylee Anthony.

Murphy, also claims that someone else could have had custody of Casey's car, that according to witnesses... including Casey's own brother, father, mother, and the operator of a towing company, smelled like a dead body had been in the trunk.

Furthermore, Murphy speculated that someone else had custody of the car, including Caylee Anthony at one point in time, and that Casey Anthony is covering for whoever this mystery person may be.

In my opinion this is all just crap. Since when did prosecutors have to lay out exactly how a murder happened step by step. Only the victim and the killer know exactly what happened. I think people want to hold prosecutors to a higher burden of proof than necessary.

Most cases are circumstancial, I've had many prosecutors tell me, they often prefer to prosecute circumstancial murder cases. Don't be distracted when the talking heads on TV say this is a "circumstancial" case, as if that is a negative thing.

I do think Casey Anthony can be tied to the murder of Caylee. Only Casey Anthony could have made those computer searches for Chloroform, neck breaking, etc. High levels of chloroform were found inside the trunk of her car, where a dead body was located.

On page 3 of the autopsy report, the medical examiner concludes that the duct tape was placed on Caylee's mouth and nose, prior to decomposition, because the mandible was in place. Which really proves this was not an accident, and the duct tape was put over the mouth pre mortem, and Caylee most likely smothered, which is why the ME classified this as a homicide.

Additionally, only someone like Casey Anthony would put a pink heart shaped sticker over the duct tape. A male wouldn't do that, especially an ex cop like George Anthony. That fits the profile of an immature, brat like Casey, to a T.

Also, the argument that Casey Anthony is covering for a mystery man, or her father is laughable. She is charged with murder, and is facing the death penalty, she has been facing it for years. Wouldn't that be enough pressure for her to finally say who the real perp is, if she was covering for someone?

Moreover, waiting 31 days to report your child missing, lying to cops, making up fake nanny's claiming they abducted your child, and taking the police on wild goose chases... Shows that Casey Anthony is covering up the fact that she murdered her daughter. People do not go to those lengths to cover for someone else, or to cover up a drowning in a swimming pool... But they would murder.

The prosecutions case is very strong, and the defense's theory of an accident, and George Anthony, has more holes than swiss cheese...

Cindy Anthony: Grandmother of year? Hell No!

I find it very strange that people are suddenly gushing with sympathy over Cindy Anthony, and ready to portray her as grandmother of the year, just because she shed tears on the stand when she testified in court yesterday. Remember in the genesis of the case when Cindy and George Anthony hired bottom feeder Larry Garrison as a spokesperson to fill all the TV talk shows with Anthony kool-aide, and to secure a book deal for them?

Furthermore, when Garrison was fired for making money off the case and not sharing the money with the Anthony's... he released emails where Cindy Anthony bragged to him, about how she thwarted the police and gave law enforcement a sample of Casey's hair off of Casey's brush, when they asked for Caylee's hair, to compare it to hair found in the trunk of Casey's car... Can you say obstruction of justice?

It is also widely known that the Anthony's haven't gotten a job since Caylee went missing, yet they are still able to live in their nice home. Who is paying the bills now that neither of them are working? Well, we know that both of them have set up the "Caylee Marie Anthony foundation" where only 20% of the funds are being used for the foundation, whatever the foundation does... Nobody really knows.

According to the Caylee Daily website, 80% of the funds are going to "administrative costs" which is basically paying employees who work for the foundation... Most of the employees are members of the Anthony family.

Cindy & George Anthony have also associated with a weird group called "Kid Finders" a group where the founder Dennis Milstead has been arrested for assault and for impersonating a police officer. As WFTV reports they have not recovered a missing child, and they are mostly known as bottom feeders who put a bunch of donation jars up with Caylee's picture on it, collecting donations.

Local Orlando station WESH even reports how the Anthony's are pocketing thousands of dollars off of the case, by supplying news networks with videos and photos of Caylee...

Now we know why the Anthony's have earned the nickname the "SCAMthony's" -- I do not support Casey Anthony throwing George under the bus and falsely accusing him of sex abuse. That is a very evil thing to do.

Furthermore, I thought it was very diabolical when Jose Baez tried to say Cindy was carrying around guilt for leaving the ladder to the pool up, so Caylee could get in to swim and drown, when there is no evidence that Caylee drowned.

But I will not overlook the actions of this family. They are very conniving and manipulative just as much as their daughter is. I see them as hustlers trying to make money off of Caylee's dead body.

Casey Anthony defense team throws George Anthony, Lee Anthony & meter reader under the bus

Day 1 in the Casey Anthony murder trial shocked court watchers as Casey Anthony's defense team claims that Caylee's death wasn't due to murder or foul play, but that Caylee died from drowning in the family pool. Jose Baez gripped the court room audience as he dramatically explained how Casey Anthony came outside to find her father George Anthony holding the dead body of her two-year-old daughter.

Baez even claimed that George Anthony screamed at Casey Anthony after he found Caylee's body claiming that Cindy Anthony would "never forgive her." Baez also stated that George Anthony, alone disposed of Caylee's body.

What also came as a shock was how in depth Jose Baez laid out alleged sexual abuse allegations against George Anthony, at one point claiming how Casey Anthony would "have her fathers penis in her mouth" before going to school as a child, and being forced to play with the other kids that day as if nothing was wrong.

Jose Baez claimed that Casey Anthony was raised by her parents to lie, and used that as an explanation for her various lies throughout the investigation of her missing daughter.

Baez even threw Lee Anthony, Casey's brother into the mix, saying he "picked up where his father left off" and molested Casey Anthony.

Addtionally, Jose Baez pointed the finger at Roy Kronk and alleged that Kronk was money hungry, an oppertunist, and that he was only interested in collecting the monetary reward when he called 911 to report he found the remains of Caylee Anthony.

Jose Baez even went so far as to claim that Roy Kronk found the initial site where George Anthony disposed of Caylee's body, and that he had the body for a period of time before dumping it near the Anthony home, claiming that the body was put there to be found, not hidden.

George Anthony was the first witness to take the stand and was grilled by Jose Baez...

Haleigh Cummings crackpot Timothy Holmseth run amok

Haleigh Cummings blogger and crackpot Timothy Holmseth has always been a pain the ass to law enforcement investigating the Haleigh Cummings murder investigation, and lawyers such as Kim Picazio who donated their time to the case.

Holmseth has impeded the progress of this case, slandered innocent people with his bogus articles and harassed people with his creepy "questionnaires," all so he could self publish a book and cash in on the homicide of a little girl with wild and outlandish conspiracy theories... Conspiracy theories you'd expect to hear from rambling raving crazy people locked up in psych wards and prisons all accross the country.

I'll be exposing more of that soon, but the focus now is on how this deranged psychopath has damaged the mental well-being of his young son, and doesn't even seem to regret what he is doing.

I've reviewed court documents, where the mother of one of his children, complains about how her son hates going to the home of his father every other weekend for visitation... Because his father, Timothy Holmseth, refuses to play with him, because he is too busy working on self publishing more books regarding the Haleigh Cummings case.

Holmseth has previously been scolded by the court for not keeping his work on the Haleigh Cummings case, away from his young son.... The mother of his child has even complained about their son having nighmares that someone would abduct him... Drill a hole in the wall of his room to steal him... How he would have to hide in a hole, in the floor of his bedroom, from the people that kidnapped Haleigh Cummings...

Moreover, Timothy Holmseth gave a copy of his book to his young son, even though it far exceeds the reading ability of his son... (It far exceeds the reading ability of any sane, thinking person alive...)

Timothy Holmseth's son also told his mother about the "bad cops" that his father writes about in the book... This poor child is being brainwashed by your typical conspiracy theorist nut case, who thinks the government is out to get them, all cops are corrupt, law enforcement cannot be trusted, etc. Exposing his child to his unhealthy paranoid schizophrenic thinking and theories borders on child abuse.

Because of Timothy Holmseth's unhealthy obsession with the Haleigh Cummings case, his child has to undergo therapy on a regular basis...

The court has even ruled that Timothy Holmseth should keep the Haleigh Cummings case, away from his child... That should be a big red flag to all of his followers that this guy is that far-gone.

There are tons of people that follow these cases, hoping for justice, and hoping Haleigh's killers are one day held accountable for their actions... but how many people have a court order not to mention the case to their child, because their obsession has caused the child to have nightmares? Not many.

TBI Debunks Holly Bobo Rumors

The Holly Bobo search and info facebook group reported that a hotel pass key was discovered near an area, where other items of interest were found by a ground searcher. They claim a passkey was bagged into evidence by a Tennessee State Patrolman.

I emailed Kristin Helm with the TBI to confirm the above information and she replied that no hotel pass key was discovered, and that the search for Holly Bobo is not expanding, contrary to claims made on the Holly Bobo search and info group on Facebook.

We will continue to update the latest in the search for missing Tennessee nursing student Holly Bobo.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Tonight, heartache and despair for a mom who spent Mother`s Day pleading for her missing daughter`s safe return. Holly Bobo, cousin of country music star Whitney Duncan has been missing for almost a month now. And cops are still tight-lipped about any new clues. What do they know that they are not telling us?

Holly`s brother told cops his sister was dragged away -- he saw it -- by a man wearing camouflage. At first, he says he thought it was Holly`s boyfriend who often wears camouflage so he wasn`t worried. But then her brother says he found blood on the driveway.

This is a very small town. Parsons, Tennessee, only has about 2,500 residents. Investigators think whoever took Holly is a local. Somebody can solve this mystery. Somebody can help. Somebody out there knows who took Holly Bobo. Look at this beautiful girl.

Tammy thank you so much for joining us. We know that this has been very difficult. When is the last time you searched? Because I understand that there was a search this past weekend, Tammy?

TAMMY RAIMEY, CLOSE FRIEND OF THE BOBO FAMILY (via telephone): Well, I was out of town this weekend. And I had been told that there was a search, but I don`t know if that was just a volunteer search of some people that got together or if it was an official police search.

I`ve been told that the police have been still doing their searches. But I do know that the law enforcement has been scaled way back.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Really? Well there`s a lot of talk about Holly`s brother because obviously, he`s the one who says he saw Holly being led away by the suspect, the mystery man. Now Clint Bobo, the brother, has reportedly said he thought it was Holly`s boyfriend because the person was wearing camouflage and Holly`s boyfriend reportedly wears camouflage a lot.

The Bobo family says Clint Bobo has been cleared of any involvement. But Tammy, you`re a friend of the family. What do you know about the brother and the boyfriend? Tell us. Paint a picture of these two individuals so we can understand some of the key characters in this case. It might be helpful.

RAIMEY: They are both good boys. I mean, you know, that`s just all you can call them. They are good boys. They`ve been raised right. You know, they enjoy the outdoors. They are hard working. Going to school; there is -- you know, there is no way either one of those were involved in any way.
And, you know, they had cleared Clint and the boyfriend. Of course, that issue keeps being brought up. And people say, well, I doubt it. Well, there is not a doubt in my mind.

DANA BOBO, FATHER OF HOLLY BOBO: It might have been somebody close, somebody that kind of knew our routine and when I left, when she left and when my daughter left to go to school and what I got in my mind, but I don`t know what.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: That was Holly Bobo`s father trying to keep it together. What happened to his precious daughter Holly? You know what? The town is small. It`s Parsons, Tennessee. I would think cops would eventually be able to interview every single resident. There`s only 2,500 of them.

Searchers found Holly`s lunch box three days after she disappeared eight miles from her house. And they also found something else that belongs to Holly but they won`t say what it is that they found on the side of some road. We`ve never heard if Holly had a cell phone on her or not.

Here`s my big issue: mutually suspicious.

Tammy Raimey, you`re a friend of the family, you live in the area. Are people in this town looking at one another suspiciously because cops have said it`s a local?

RAIMEY: Well, no not really. You know, we`re uncomfortable wondering is it someone still around us? Do we need to be worried? If this person is, you know, was it just Holly the target or could there be more? But no, as far as looking suspiciously at each other, I would say no.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: The fact that Holly`s cousin is Whitney Duncan a country music star, is bringing national attention to this case and here she is singing on the Warner Music group label.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Levi Page, host of "The Levi Page Show" you are in Nashville, Tennessee. Obviously she is a major story. It`s bringing attention this case. Is that helping police or is it just really creating more noise?

PAGE: Well, Jane, this country music star initially did speak in the beginning, defending Clint Bobo via interviews in the media and also via Facebook and Twitter, but the family has been very tight-lipped. I don`t know if the police are telling them not to cooperate or not to speak to the media and be out in the media or not, but do I have a couple of updates. You mentioned some searches.

We know that last weekend, a couple of weeks ago there was a search in Henderson County, Tennessee where a, quote, "significant police presence was located there". We don`t know if they found anything. We also know that the police have said that they are starting to identify persons of interest in this case.

And we do know that the police have been interviewing a lot of people in this town. They would stop people randomly and they created checkpoints throughout this town and the surrounding areas. And nobody in this case has been 100 percent ruled out. I just want to clarify that. But they seem to have moved on from immediate family members and friends.

And one thing that I`m still wondering about was why did Clint Bobo claim that his sister was dragged when police went to the home and said that there were no drag marks away from the home? Was she dragged or led? I mean that`s a question that needs to be asked.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: I want to give Tammy, a friend of the family, the last word on that. Because you could drag somebody and not have drag marks, Tammy.

RAIMEY: I don`t believe that is what Clint ever told them. I think that was bad wording from the TBI from the very start.

Race Against Time in Search for Holly Bobo!

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Tonight, fear turns into desperation as the search for missing nursing student Holly Bobo. The cousin of country singing star Whitney Duncan vanished from her family`s home three long weeks ago. And if investigators are right, people in the small town of Parsons, Tennessee, population 2,500 know the person who took Holly Bobo. He is one of them, one of them in the area, in the neighborhood. Who is he?

Holly`s brother says his sister was dragged away by a man dressed in camouflage. Clint Bobo says he thought it was Holly`s boyfriend but Clint says he became suspicious when he found blood on the driveway.

And what about that blood? Hasn`t there been time to determine if it is from Holly or not? Nobody`s talking. The cops aren`t talking.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Investigators believe whoever has Holly is a local person who knows the area well, but how can a local pull off something like this in a town where everybody knows everybody? It is a very small town?

Straight out to Holly Bobo`s cousin, Kristin Smith; first of all, thank you for so much joining us, Kristin. I know this has got to be extremely difficult for you. We are trying to help find her.

What do you know? What new? I understand that there was a new piece of evidence that was discovered on the side of a road that was found when they were doing a search recently, but cops won`t say what that new piece of evidence is. What do you know?

KRISTIN SMITH, COUSIN OF HOLLY BOBO (via telephone): Honestly, we do not know much. I can speak and say they are hearing the rumors and everything just like the local community. And the cops and all law officials that are -- (INAUDIBLE) -- are being very tight-lipped, even to the family.

So we are hoping that there is a reason behind that. We do know there`s new evidence collected on the side of the road. I do not know at this moment what that evidence was. We are all just trying to hold it together and (AUDIO GAP) honestly.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, we want to help do something to solve this case. Maybe somebody out there knows something. They should call authorities. Tennessee Bureau of Investigation or TBI, does have a couple of new clues to work with.

Once again, Holly`s -- well, Holly`s lunch box was discovered just three days after she disappeared about eight miles away from her house. And then last week, another item belonging to Holly was found. Cops won`t say what it is.

I want to go out to Levi Page, host of "The Levi Page Show" on talk radio. You have been studying this case. What do you know?

LEVI PAGE, HOST, "THE LEVI PAGE SHOW": Well, Jane, I do know that I talked to Kristin Helm from the TBI last week, she is the spokesperson for the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and she told me that everyone that the TBI has spoken to on this case has been cooperative. I also asked her if anybody has been given a polygraph exam in this case. She did not divulge that information.

But what we do know, Jane --

VELEZ-MITCHELL: Well, who are you talking about there? Who would be good? Who would be a good person to give a polygraph to? I would think the brother -- not to the say that anybody is a suspect, he is not -- and neither is the boyfriend. But the brother, certainly, he is the last one to see her and the boyfriend, apparently, wore camouflage regularly because he is a hunter and the person seen leaving wore camouflage. Again, he is not a suspect but it would be good to know -- to be able to eliminate those two, right, Levi?

PAGE: I agree, Jane. And they are not being very forth coming with information. I hope there is a very good explanation for why they are not doing that. They said that they have -- that they`re not releasing who they have given polygraphs to. We don`t know if they have or not; they`re not divulging that information.

But one thing I wanted to point out we did hear some reports that the brother claimed that Holly Bobo was dragged to the woods and then it changed that she was led away to the woods. The TBI went to the home and they did not detect any drag marks at Holly Bobo`s home.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: All right. Now, here is my big issue tonight: a stranger among us. Cops believe the person who abducted Holly Bobo is a local.

Here are the signs to look for. Investigators say the suspect may have been unaccounted for the day of the abduction, may have missed work or other appointments in the last three weeks. He may have excessively cleaned a car or an ATV or suddenly sold a vehicle or reported it stolen and maybe showing signs of stress or anxiety.

HLN law enforcement analyst Mike Brooks, this is a very, very small town; what is it doing to the people in this town to think that one of us could be responsible or is responsible for her disappearance?

MIKE BROOKS, HLN LAW ENFORCEMENT ANALYST: Well, that`s one of the things they were doing, Jane. You have law enforcement out there handing out fliers about the same time that they believe the abduction happened along the road where her house was. Because, you know, local people, especially a small community like this; they`re going to notice something. Whose truck is that? Whose jeep is that? They`re going to notice things that are out of place.

Right now, they are not saying anything at all. What kind of evidence do they have? We don`t know. They are being extremely like this, as Levi said, they`re being very, very tight-lipped, holding their cards very close to the vest.

But the camouflage, a lot of people up in that area, Jane, they wear camouflage on a regular basis.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: So that absolutely proves nothing.

Tammy Randy (ph), you are a friend of the family, we have actually run out of time but I want to assure you and Kristin that we are going to do everything to keep this story alive. We are not going to let it go.

Misty Croslin Breaks her Silence!

Misty Croslin, the last known person to see missing Florida child Haleigh Cummings alive is breaking her silence in an Exclusive interview with the Orlando Sentinel. In a PR stunt to improve her public image, Croslin tries to defend herself against the police and the court of public opinion.

As usual, the drug dealer serving a 25-year-sentence, is still sticking by her story that she had nothing to do with Haleigh going missing, and that the police need to redirect their focus.

Croslin is currently blaming Haleigh's disappearance on "Mexican drug dealers" (pulling a page out of the Susan Smith playbook by playing the race card) and she also says she still thinks Haleigh is alive and will believe that until she is given proof otherwise.

Croslin even takes cheap shots at Haleigh's mother, Crystal Sheffield, claiming that Haleigh and Jr, didn't have a mother. Misty is NOT Haleigh's mother. Misty only knew Haleigh for a period of four short months. Hardly a mother figure...

And maybe Haleigh would have been around her mother more often if Ronald didn't steal the children from her.

The good thing about this interview is that Croslin seems to have turned on Ronald Cummings. Accusing her fellow drug dealer and ex-husband of being abusive and involved in drugs. Which isn't exactly breaking news, or shocking to anyone keeping up this case.

But still Croslin is still is proclaiming their innocence trying to blame it on drug dealers who had a bone to pick with Ron, which is complete BS. Last thing a drug dealer or drug gang wants to do is deal with and take care of a 5-year-old little girl.

But I do see some hope for investigators.... Now that there is a wedge between Ron and Misty and their families, this may be an opportunity for police to get to the truth of what happened to Haleigh.

Ron, his mother Teresa Neves, and his grandmother Annette Sykes had previously been vocal supporters of Misty. Now it is time for law enforcement to play this interview to Ron and his family, and get their response. Get these two trashy families to engage in a little war of words...

Ron married Misty a month after his child went missing, Ron took Misty on a honeymoon to New York while his child was missing, and instead of searching for his daughter, Ron choose to deal drugs with Misty.

This is a man that enjoyed his life style of drugs, sex, and crime with a teenage girl, more than he cared about finding out where his daughter was located.

Now that Misty is slinging mud at Ron, will this force Ron or someone in his family to come out swinging against her? In the midst of all the mud slinging and airing of dirty laundry could law enforcement find some truth in it, that could help them solve the case? Maybe...

In my opinion if law enforcement want the truth, the top suspects should be Misty Croslin, and Ronald Cummings. Play the two against each other. Keep the battle going.

They were united when Haleigh went missing, they got married, they dealt drugs, it is obvious to anyone with a brain they were holding a secret, and covering up the truth. Ron lawyer ed up, he refused to cooperate with the police. While Misty lied, and has blamed the disappearance of Haleigh on everyone under the sun.

Ron and Misty were united... Now they are divided.

United they stood, divided they fall...

Hopefully it is a very hard fall for Ron and Misty that lands both of them in court facing justice for what they did to Haleigh Cummings. They are two of the most selfish, drugged up, scum bags I have ever covered. I hope they both rot in jail and it is a living hell for them both, until they finally spill the beans.

My Predictions on the Casey Anthony Case

Next month the infamous "tot mom" Casey Anthony, will be going on trial for the murder of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. In the summer of 2008, Casey's mother Cindy reported her granddaughter missing... Casey told the 911 dispatcher that Caylee had been missing for 31 days.

Casey told family and investigators that her daughter was abducted by "Zanny the Nanny." Investigators didn't buy it, and charged the young mom with child neglect. After evidence of human decomposition was discovered in the trunk of Casey Anthony's Pontiac Sunfire, and her lies unraveled, prosecutors decided to charge her with murder.

Later on the remains of Caylee were discovered, put in a trash bag, and thrown in the woods, near the Anthony home. Duct tape wrapped around the child's mouth and nose.

Now that the trial is set to take place, many people are wondering what the outcome will be. Is the prosecutions case strong enough for a conviction? If Casey is convicted will it be for first degree murder? Will a jury execute a young, nice looking woman like Casey Anthony?

Many people like Geraldo Rivera, on Fox News, have accused the prosecution of overcharging Anthony, and only seeking the death penalty for political purposes.

I disagree. I think Casey will be convicted.

She will be convicted of felony murder. If the jury believes that Casey Anthony used chloroform to subdue her daughter, whether she MEANT to kill her or not... that is aggravated child abuse. When a felony such as child abuse occurs, and results in a death, it is treated as first degree murder, even if the perp did not intend for their victim to die.

So the "accidental" theory that Leonard Padilla, Geraldo Rivera, and others have thrown out as an explanation, doesn't hold water, since the jury will now hear about the chloroform evidence in the trunk of Anthony's car.

Moreover, the duct tape around the nose and mouth, clearly shows the perp wanted to block air to the victim and keep them from breathing, which would also show intent to kill.

So there is ample evidence that is compelling for a jury to either believe Casey intended to kill Caylee, or that Casey engaged in child abuse which resulted in the death of Caylee.

The fact that child abuse went on, the fact Casey was Caylee's own mother, the fact Caylee was under the age of 12, are all aggarvating factors.

This is a very strong case...

I predict a conviction, and a death sentence.

Geraldo Rivera was right on when he confronted Ronald Cummings for abusing women and children, and for involving himself in drug use and drug dealing. But is 100% wrong on the Anthony case.

Developing: New mystery clue discovered in Holly Bobo search!

20-year-old nursing student Holly Bobo mysteriously vanished in the morning hours of April 13th. Suspicion continues to swirl around the 25-year-old brother of Holly... Reports indicated Clint Bobo claimed he witnessed his sister being dragged into a wooded area, then claimed he witnessed her being led away by someone he thought was her boyfriend.

Kristin Helm, the spokesperson for the TBI, told me via email the word dragged was "misused", whether it was misused by law enforcement, the media, or the brother is unclear at this point. Investigators did not detect drag marks around the home.

Clint Bobo claims that he found blood outside of the home, and that is when he became alarmed and called 911. It is confirmed there were flecks of blood, discovered outside of the home, and the testing on the blood is complete... The results have not been released to the media.

Reuters is now reporting that a new roadside clue has been discovered related to the search for Holly Bobo. Helm stated: "We did find an additional piece of evidence that we may link to Holly, but we're not releasing what it is, of course..."

The clue was found in Decatur County, in the northern part of the county, in a rural area.

Sources tell me that searchers today, were ordered to limit their searches by only searching on foot.

Previous items of interest recovered include the lunch purse of Holly, and duct tape with blond hair sticking to it.

Previous Attack linked to Holly Bobo Abduction?

Heather Sullivan, a 31-year-old TN woman claims that she was attacked in January and thinks it is possible that the man that abducted missing nursing student Holly Bobo, also attempted to abduct her outside of her home, located in Centerville, TN.

Centerville, TN where Sullivan lives and claims she was attacked is approximately 45 mins east of Parson's.

Sillivan told TheDaily.com that her abductor attacked her at 5:30 AM... Bobo was abducted at approximately 7:30 AM last week. That shows that both attackers, attack during the early morning hours.

Furthermore, according to Sullivan her attacker grabbed her by the arm, while she was getting a lamp out of her vehicle. The lamp fell and broke, which caused her boyfriend to yell from inside the home. When Sullivan's abductor overheard the voice inside the home, he ran off.

In addition to both abductions allegedly happening in the morning, both attackers attack seem to operate using a similar MO... They attack women on their property, while they are outside of their home.

This could mean that both attacks were carried out by the same perpetrators.

Sullivan reported her attack to the TBI after the incident. Also, the TBI is investigating a possible connection to Sullivan's attack and the Holly Bobo case.

Investigators in the Holly Bobo case are now setting up road blocks across the West TN community in an attempt to advance the search for the missing 20-year-old nursing student who vanished one week ago today at 7:30 AM.

The last person to see Holly Bobo alive, was her 25-year-old brother Clint Bobo. Clint Bobo claims that he witnessed his sister being led away into the woods by a man he thought was her boyfriend, but when he discovered blood in the carport, that is when he called 911. Investigators have not ruled anyone out, but the TBI has stated they are treating Clint Bobo as a witness.

Searchers continue to search the wooded areas in the county, as well as lakes and ponds in the area. Today, we learn that investigators, including the state patrol and the TBI are setting up roadblocks and stopping occupants in their vehicles to ask them if they have any information regarding the whereabouts of Holly Bobo, or if they have witnessed anything unusual.

Items of interest discovered in the search for the missing 20-year-old, include duct tape with blonde hair sticking to it, and a lunch box believed to be Holly Bobo's. Investigators believe it was a hunter or someone familar with the family that abducted Holly Bobo.

Update in the search for missing 20-year-old UT Martin nursing student Holly Bobo, who vanished from her home in Parsons, TN! Her 25-year-old brother Clint, witnessed her being led away by a man dressed in camo, he thought it was her boyfriend, but when he discovered blood found in the carport, he called 911.

Now a new underwater search is underway for the missing 20-year-old... Ponds and lakes outside of Parsons, TN are being searched for any traces of Holly according to Fox News. Searchers are using high resolution underwater imaging, to scour through ponds and lakes.

Residents of the community are also being interviewed. This as blood and items suspected to be that of Holly Bobo, that were discovered are undergoing DNA testing.

Investigators believe the abductor of Bobo lived in the area, or was familiar with the area and knew Bobo and her family.

The TBI recently addressed the media and made the following clear:

Law enforcement refuses to rule out anyone... This contradicts earlier reports that stated the brother and boyfriend of Holly Bobo had been cleared.
Law enforcement is asking citizens in the community to be on the look out for people recently cleaning their vehicle or ATV, changing the tires, suddenly putting their vehicle/ATF up for sell, or reporting them stolen.
Locals have also been asked to look for people acting odd or with increased stress.

Law enforcement believe that the abductor of Bobo, lived in the community and was quite familar with her routine, due to the fact that she lived off the main road, in a very isolated and rural area, and was on her way to school, when she was taken.

Clint Bobo, the 25-year-old brother of Holly Bobo claims he watched his sister walk into a wooded area with a man, he thought was her boyfriend, but when he went into the garage and found blood, he called 911.

The blood found in the garage is currently undergoing testing.

Law enforcement found personal items of Holly Bobo discarded 8 miles from her home. This at lease gives law enforcement a sense of direction on where the abductor went with Bobo, unless they items were placed there to throw law enforcement off.

New details are emerging in the case of missing 20-year-old Tennessee, college student Holly Bobo who was last seen 7:30 AM last week, outside of her home. The last person to see the missing woman was her 25-year-old brother Clint Bobo, who witnessed her outside with a man, he thought, was his sisters boyfriend. When he went outside, he discovered blood and then called 911.

The unidentified man that led Holly away, was dressed in camo, is approximately 200 lbs, and about 6 foot tall. John Mehr, spokesman for the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, shed new light on the alleged abductor:

"What we believe, and I'll tell you he actually had an arm holding her and so we feel that she knew that she was in fear of her life so she was complying with his commands."

Mehr also stated that there were no drag marks that indicated she had been dragged, contrary to earlier reports.

The lunch box of the missing nursing student was discovered 8 miles from her home, discarded in a creek.

The father of missing Holly Bobo stated that he believes his daughters abductor knew the family routine, and that it was someone close to the family. Furthermore, crime experts are now speculating that the abductor knew what time Bobo left for school and was waiting for Holly Bobo to leave her home... So he could strike.

Holly Bobo loved animals, she has been described as as a sweet and kind person, and she loved to sing and participate in talent contests.

The boyfriend of Holly Bobo has been ruled out as a suspect. Her brother, Clint Bobo is also not considered a suspect.

Additonally, Holly's parents addressed the media Thursday and made a desperate plea for her return.

Duke Rape Liar Faces Murder Charge!

32-year-old Crystal Mangum, the woman that falsely accused 3 Duke Lax players of rape in 2006, could now be facing murder charges! The stripper allegedly stabbed her 46-year-old live-in-boyfriend earlier this month during a domestic dispute. The boyfriend, Reginald Daye, has now died at Duke University hospital.

A witness to the stabbing, called 911 and identified Mangum as the attacker.

This is not Mangum's first run in with the law, in February of 2010 she was charged attempted murder, arson, and child abuse after an argument with another boyfriend Milton Walker, where she put his clothes in a bath tub and set them on her fire, while her three young children were present in the apartment. Her children were briefly removed from her custody over the incident.

This woman is a disgrace, and karma is finally catching up to her. I hope she rots in jail!

Holly Bobo, 20-year-old woman, abducted from Parsons, TN

A desperate search is underway for a missing 20-year-old nursing student from Parsons, Tennessee! Holly Bobo, was last seen by her 25-year-old brother, who told investigators that he witnessed his sister being dragged away into the woods, near their home, by a man dressed in camouflage at around 7:30 AM, this Tuesday.

The 25-year-old brother called l 911 and reported his sister missing. It is unclear if he had attempted to intervene at this point. According to the brother, he was inside the home, when he witnessed his sister being dragged into a wooded area.

The TBI is telling ABC News that they believe the suspect never entered the home. Meanwhile, the parents of the missing 20-year-old held a press conference today, and the father of Holly Bobo speculated about who his daughters abductor may be:

"The way it looks to me myself, it might have been somebody close. Somebody that kinda knew our routine, knew when she (mother) left, when I left, when my daughter left to go to school, is what I kinda got in my mind, but I don't know that for sure..."

Fields and wooded areas are being searched for any signs of the missing 20-year-old, and her family stated today in their press conference that they are hopeful she will be found.

There are several conspiracy theories floating around regarding the Haleigh Cummings case. Apparently a nut job, who runs some weird website is claiming that the FBI located Haleigh Cummings. Investigative Journalist Art Harris already debunked that theory.

Now, a new crazy report surfaces yet again... That the Croslin's have hired a well respected private investigator, known as the "Angel of Death Row" who was involved in quite a few exoneration's. The report regarding Church states:

Hank Croslin indicated he and his daughter-in-law, Chelsea Croslin, had been working with a private investigator named Tina Church. He told Holmseth he could not talk about what was going to happen until after it was over. “There’s some sh-- going down. I promise you man there’s something happening. I can’t talk about it right now. I can’t say nothing - it will jeopardize my kids,” he said.

I was able to contact sources close to Tina Church. They told me that she is not working on the Haleigh Cummings case, and is not working for the Croslin family.

An associate of Church claims, Chelsea Croslin reached out to her, and gave her photographs... Photographs that Chelsea claimed was of Haleigh Cummings.... Photographs Chelsea Croslin claimed proved Haleigh Cummings was alive with a man in Kentucky.

When Church refused to buy Chelsea's bill of goods, an angry Croslin decided to retaliate by calling the famous Private Investigator and cussing her out.

So there you have it.... Haleigh has not been found alive. Photographs surfacing on the internet of Haleigh being alive in Kentucky, are NOT credible... The Croslin's also have not retained the services of Private Investigator Tina Church.

Chelsea, why don't you stop with the nonsense? Tell your sister-in-law, and brother-in-law to tell the truth. Your behavior only makes you look suspicious. Just STOP. Take yourself out of the mix. According to AOL News, Peruvian magazine "Panorama" is reporting that confessed murderer Joran Vandersloot has stabbed three inmates. One of the inmates is in the Emergency ward of the Castro Castro prison. The magazine also claims that Vandersloot is a frequent drug user and has been locked into solitary confinement many times.

Furthermore the Daily Mail is reporting that a Peruvian prison snitch is claiming that Joran Vandersloot made yet another confession in the Natalee Holloway case... The Castro Castro informant claims that Vandersloot confessed that he hid Natalee Holloway's body in a tomb in Aruba.

Joran Vandersloot is the prime suspect in the 2005 disappearance of Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway, who vanished in Aruba. Last year, Vandersloot was arrested in Peru after a young woman by the name of Stephany Flores was found brutally murdered in his hotel room.

VanderSNOT, has been reduced to a prison thug, while his arch-enemy, Beth Holloway, the mother of Natalee Holloway, will be bringing attention to missing children cases in a new Lifetime Series called "Vanished with Beth Holloway." Beth is also a nationally renowned public speaker, who educated young Americans on the dangers of traveling abroad.

Woman Burned with Hot Grease, Boyfriend Charged!

A Tennessee mother is in the hospital, at Vanderbilt Medical Center, in critical condition, hanging onto dear life after being burned with hot grease! The burns cover almost half of 23-year-old Lindsey Arp's body... And the cause of the burns? Police say they were caused by her angry boyfriend 34-year-old Ryan Haase, who threw the hot oil on her face and chest, while she lay in bed asleep.

According to WSMV, police claim that Arp and Haase were arguing late Sunday night into the wee hours of the morning. Arp went to bed at one point, and then after being doused with hot oil by her boyfriend, she knocked on the door of a neighbor...And when her neighbor answered, he discovered Arp screaming and skin hanging from her body.

The alleged perp Ryan Haase, is the father of Lindsey Arp's two children. The youngest child is 6-months-old, and both were in the home at the time of this horrific attack according to investigators.

Moreover, police and family members tell WSMV that the relationship was "stormy", and the brother of the victim claims that his sister often called about problems she was having with Haase. The Marshall County Tribune, claims the two were in the process of splitting up.

While Lindsey Arp is in the burn unit at Vanderbilt, Ryan Haase is in the Marshall County jail with no bond and charged with attempted murder. The Marshall County Tribune claims that Haase, has made a confession.

Is the Long Island Serial Killer a Cop?

Investigators are on the hunt for a dangerous serial killer preying on prostitutes in New York. A total of nine and possibly 10 bodies have been found on or near, a remote beach road in Long Island... about 45 minutes from Manhattan. The women that have been identified, were found to have advertised their services on Craigslist.

The most recent discovery occurred Monday, when police found two sets of skeletal remains... One appears to be a skull... Both separated by several miles along the North Side of Ocean Parkway. The skeletal remains were found 100 miles into underbrush, similar to how the other remains were discarded and found.

Eight other bodies were discovered near the area of the most recent findings... Ocean Parkway, is a highway that leads to a popular beach and state park in the area.

Some of the victims have been missing for years... Four victims found discarded in the area, vanished in 2007... One victim vanished in 2009... And 2 others went missing in 2010.

Police stumbled on the dumping site of this serial killer in December while investigating the case of missing 24-year-old prostitute Sarah Gilbert, whose body has yet to be found. Since that discovery, the police keep finding more bodies, and the death count continues to rise.

Many wonder if this is the work of an individual that is familar with law enforcement techniques, who works, or has formerly worked in law enforcement... Due to the fact that the killer has made taunting phone calls to relatives of some of the victims.

The reasons why experts are bringing up that speculation is because the killer:

Made the calls at crowded locations such as Penn Station in New York, where even if cops were able to trace the ping, it would be impossible to single him out on surveillance camera footage.
The calls he made taunting the family members of the victims never lasted longer than 3 minutes... Which means the killer knows that it takes 3-5 minutes for police to successfully trace the location of the call.
The killer used disposable cell phones to contact the prey that he found on Craigslist...

Something else noteworthy that this serial killer does, is that when he calls the families of these victims to taunt them... He makes vulgar remarks about the victims life style and occupation.

Investigators believed that the killer dumps the bodies during the night time hours.

Crystal Mangum, the stripper that falsely accused three Duke Lax players of rape in 2006 now finds herself the target of a criminal investigation. Durham, North Carolina police claim Mangum stabbed her 46-year-old boyfriend in the chest, with a kitchen knife during an argument the two had over the weekend.

Mangum, who was convicted of child abuse in December, is behind bars, charged with assault with a deadly weapon, while her alleged victim is in the hospital in critical condition.

Crystal Mangum is obviously a low-life, dirt bag criminal. This lying, stripping, criminal has had numerous run In's with the law... In December of 2010, she was convicted of child abuse when she set the clothes of a former boyfriend on fire, in an apartment, where her children ages three, nine, and 10, were at.

Since the conviction a judge has stupidly allowed her to have custody of her children... Which is absurd. This woman is obviously nuts. She ruined the lives and reputation of three college athletes with a fabricated rape allegation... She threatens to kill an ex-boyfriend... She sets his clothes on fire... She is convicted of child abuse... And now she stabs a man in the chest, leaving him in critical condition...

How in the hell someone as dangerous and unhinged as this, is not behind bars, really speaks to how messed up our justice system is. She needs to be locked up. I wouldn't feel safe being in the same room as this freak.

Hopefully now this violent lunatic will loose custody of her three children FOREVER... Can you imagine having a woman like this as your mother? What an embarrassment. I feel for those children.

Casey Anthony defense team to blame George Anthony for Caylee's murder?

Bill Sheaffer a respected Orlando defense attorney and legal analyst for WFTV recently caused some controversy when he speculated on a possible defense strategy for accused child killer Casey Anthony. Sheaffer theorized that: “The defense may try to show that [Casey's father] George was abusive — abusive to Casey and that she is suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder..." and “This could mean that they’re going to attempt to pin the murder on George.”

Sheaffer bases that speculation on the fact that the defense team has put a woman on their witness list, that was protesting outside the home of George Anthony, she was allegedly pushed by George Anthony. There is also an expert on post traumatic stress disorder on the defense witness list.

It has also been theorized that Casey's defense might not accuse her father of murder, but they might try to allege that George was abusive towards Casey and that caused Casey not to show any emotion when she partied after Caylee went "missing".

This is not the first time, that Casey Anthony has pointed the finger at George Anthony. She has previously accused her father, along with her brother of molesting her, when she was a teenager.

"This incident had nothing to do with Caylee Anthony or the case in chief against Casey Anthony," Lippman said in the statement. "Unfortunately, because of the nature of this case, speculation has been publicly reported as to George Anthony's involvement with the death of Caylee Marie Anthony. This is simply speculation or an attempt at interpreting the actions of the defense and certainly nothing that has been reported about this speculation is a news fact nor should it ever be construed as a news fact."

"While we continue to be sensitive to the important role of the news media in informing the public, and we do not wish to dissuade or prevent news media representatives from fulfilling their responsibilities, this line of speculation has necessitated an immediate response," Lippman said. "We assert that we will not engage in idle speculation regarding either the defense strategy or the state strategy but make no mistake that any factual fallacy stated contrary to my client's well-being will be vigorously defended to every extent allowed by the law."

"If there's a reasonable scenario that could cater to how the circumstances then turned out later, certainly you present it, it's absolutely necessary if you're going to represent your client zealously," Lippman said.

This family is absolutely crazy. Casey alleges sexual abuse, now the defense team may try to use the abuse as a defense or even point the finger at George Anthony... Hailey Dunn Investigation: What is Billie Dunn hiding?

Billie Dunn, the mother of missing Colorado City, Texas cheerleader Hailey Dunn, was recently arrested for filing a false complaint, drug charges, and hindering a prosecution. She has since bonded out of jail.

Investigators in her daughters case, went to her home armed with a search warrant to search the body of her boyfriend, Shawn Adkins. A man police say is a suspect, and the last person to see Hailey Dunn alive. When police arrived at her home, Billie Dunn allegedly lied to them regarding the whereabouts of Adkins. Police searched the home, and found him inside Billie's home hiding.

Dunn has now hired a criminal defense lawyer. Furthermore, Dunn is considered a person of interest in her daughters disappearance, and a grand jury is investigating her, along with Adkins after child pornography and other deviant images were found inside her home and on a computer belonging to Shawn Adkins.

Statistics show that people who view child pornography, seek out children to molest and sexually abuse themselves. In recent affidavits released to the media, police say that child porn was found on every electronic device associated with Shawn Adkins, including cameras, cell phones, and computers.

Billie Dunn was living with Shawn Adkins, they had similar interests in drugs, horror movies, and gruesome true crime stories. Did they share an interest in deviant images and child pornography? Was Billie Dunn so in love with him that she tolerated his interest in child pornography? Since so many images of child porn was discovered on the electronic devices connected to Adkins, it is hard to imagine she did not know about his interest in kiddie porn.

We see many times, women that are attracted to scum bags like Shawn Adkins, tolerate and maybe even get interested in the criminal life style that their boyfriends live.

Normal women will show an interest in their boyfriends taste of music, cars, movies, etc to impress them. But when we have women who attracted to dirt bags in the criminal element, they may start to show an interest in the creepy things their boyfriends like to engage in...

Clint Dunn, the father of Hailey Dunn, had said that Billie Dunn had never shown an interest in drugs, until she got hooked up Shawn Adkins. We know that Dunn had previously purchased drugs with Adkins, and was even high on drugs when she took multiple polygraph tests, that she ended up failing.

Statistically speaking when a child like this goes missing, a male is the one that is responsible. It is very rare that women murder... Especially seeking out children as their victims. So I am inclined to believe that Billie Dunn is not the murderer of her daughter.

I am speaking like this is a homicide, since she has been missing for 3 months and the people closest to her are lying. If she was still alive, I'm sure they would spill the beans to get all the pressure off of them. So it is best to face the fact: Hailey Dunn is dead and the victim of foul play. No need to sugar coat it, and be politically correct about it. There is no need to pretend that she is still alive out there somewhere, because that is not realistic.

So why was Billie Dunn deceptive in her polygraph exam? After Shawn Adkins lied in his exam, after he joked about killing her daughter, after he is named a suspect, and after child porn is found on his computer... Why does Billie Dunn continue to associate with him? Why does she allow this pervert into her home? Why does Billie Dunn lie for him?

If Billie Dunn will lie for Adkins, to keep the police from carrying out a search warrant on him... If she would go to jail for him, I don't think it is a far stretch to say that she would cover up for him.

It is obvious Billie Dunn is covering something up. It is obvious she knows more... The question is: How much does she know? What does she know? Did she participate in any criminal activity regarding the demise of her daughter?

I think the police are sending a strong message to Billie Dunn that they are going to be all over her every move until they can break her. Lets face the facts... Billie Dunn is stupid. This woman isn't smart. She will lie to police, while her daughter is missing, telling them that Adkins isn't in her home, all the while he is in there hiding... That is just stupid. Did she really think the police wouldn't be able to find him? This woman is a couple of tacos short of a Mexican platter, or she was either high as a kite when police arrived at her home...

Billie Dunn will trip up again... Hopefully she'll trip up on Shawn Adkins the next time and spill the beans.

Vandersloot and his lawyer are going to attempt to dupe a judge into believing that he killed Stephany Flores out of "violent emotion", which is actually a defense in the country of Peru...

The "violent emotion" defense is mainly used in crimes of passion, where a spouse kills their partner after discovering an affair... But VanderSlut claims since the victim looked on his computer, that he was somehow legally justified in beating her to death, because that made him "emotional..." ::rolls eyes::

If any judge is persuaded by this, they need to be removed from the bench. But if the judge is stupid enough to believe this load of fabricated, baseless, and ridiculous crap Vandersloot could end up serving 3-5 years in prison... A sentence way too light for this menace to society.

The reality is, Urine VanderSnot did not kill Flores because he was "emotional," he killed her because he hates women, and if they "wrong" him in any way, he thinks he is justified in ending their life... Because he was raised as an entitled snot nosed brat.

Zahra Baker Case: What the hell is going on in North Carolina?

The evil step mom from hell, Elisa Baker has been indicted on second degree murder charges after leading Hickory North Carolina investigators to the scattered and dismembered remains of her step-daughter, 10-year-old disabled girl Zahra Baker.

The District Attorney informed the media in a press conference that Elisa Baker acted alone... Despite the fact that the indictment states that Zahra was killed and disposed of two weeks before her father, Adam Baker reported her missing.

In that 911 call, where Baker reported his 10-year-old daughter missing, he stated that he had seen her earlier in the morning. Which is an obvious lie, since she had already been murdered, dismembered and disposed of for two weeks.

If you listen to the 911 call it was obviously fabricated, and was an attempt to make police believe his child was the victim of a stranger abduction.

Blood splatter was also found in the home, which indicates the murder and possibly the dismembered occurred in the home.

So why is Adam Baker going to be able to walk away free? Despite his lies? That obviously make him guilty of obstruction of justice and possibly accessory after the fact? The fact that the DA is allowing Baker to walk free, has incited outrage by many people following the case across the country.

Furthermore, Elisa Baker has just now been indicted for financial identity fraud and obtaining property by false pretenses.

Why the hell are prosecutors wasting time and resources on these low level crap crimes? Why are they not allowing a grand jury to investigate Adam Baker's possible involvement? Why are they allowing this lying sack of crap to up and leave the state? Something is up in Hickory North Carolina...

I am abhorred that Adam Baker is going to walk away and not face any charges, that is not justice for Zahra Baker... How can Adam Baker dupe prosecutors with his chronic lies is beyond me. Justice for Zahra will be unfulfilled until Adam Baker is held responsible.

It is approaching two years since missing Satsuma, Florida girl Haleigh Cummings was last seen alive. The poor child lived through 5-years of utter dysfunction as her father, Ronald Cummings, allowed various seedy characters such as teenage drug users and the scum of society enter her life.

Ronald Cummings allowed a known promiscuous, and drug using teenager by the name of Misty Croslin to move into his home and watch Haleigh along with her younger brother. Croslin was watching Haleigh the night she vanished into thin air.

Moreover, Cummings knew about his girlfriends past relationship with a known cocky drug dealer in the area. Despite that, Cummings still allowed Croslin to be around his two children while he was at work on various occasions.

Furthermore, Cummings had been known to sneak out of work, while he was on duty, working the night shift at PDM because Croslin would leave his two children unattended at the mobile home. Cummings had also been known to force his children to sleep in his truck, parked in the parking lot, while he was at work.

Co workers at PDM also allegedly overheard various phone conversations between Cummings and Croslin in the past, in those conversations it Croslin was having trouble controlling the children, specifically Haleigh. Cummings was overheared ordering Croslin to use harsh forums of discipline on Haleigh.

In addition to that, witnesses had witnessed and went to authorities with horror stories about how both Misty Croslin and Ronald Cummings would hit and push Haleigh and her younger brother around. Haleigh's own mother, Crystal Sheffield, had no choice but to leave Ronald Cummings, after undergoing physical and verbal abuse at the hands of Cummings.

In an eerie premonition, Sheffield even feared that something bad would happen to one of her children, if left in the care of Ronald Cummings, and his various underage girlfriends.

In 2005, Sheffield filed an emergency petition to get her children out of Cummings custody. Sadly the judge allowed the children to stay in the care of Cummings.

In the days following Haleigh's disappearance, Ronald had a host of freaks over to his home. Where drinking and drugging was most likely going on. Cummings had Misty's brother Tommy Croslin, along with Misty's Tennessee cousin Joe Overstreet at the trailer, along with his children.

According to Misty Croslin, she was the alleged victim of sexual abuse at the hands of Overstreet. But yet both Misty and Ronald thought it fit to have Overstreet around two young children.

Cummings had allegedly been showing off his gun collection to Overstreet... Overstreet had allegedly stole a gun from Cummings. When Cummings had found out, a fight ensued between the two. Funny how Cummings shows more anger over a stolen gun, than he does his own missing daughter.

Haleigh then vanished... Cummings and Croslin failed their polygraph exams, in a bizarre twist the two then married. Then the odd-couple got involved in various altercations with Tommy Croslin. Then Cummings and Croslin divorced.

A year after Haleigh vanished instead of looking, searching, or raising awareness for his missing daughter, dirt bag Ronald Cummings, decided he would deal drugs with his ex-wife Misty Croslin and her brother Tommy Croslin.

Their little drug ring was soon infiltrated by cops and all three rats were busted. The Satsuma freaks: Ron, Misty, and Tommy, were all arrested.

Tommy Croslin has been sentenced to 15-years behind bars. Ronald Cummings has been sentenced to 15-years behind bars. And Misty Croslin has been sentenced to 25-years behind bars.

With harsh prison sentences handed down, the dedicated officers working this case have been given nothing but lies... The Croslin-clan keeps sending the Putnam County Sheriff's office on wild goose chases, while Ron's grandmother Annette Sykes, warns Ronald to keep quiet behind bars, and beware of snitches. Obviously, this shows Sykes is aware that her grandson played a role in whatever happened to Haleigh.

Tommy Croslin whines to his family that prisoners are yelling at him to tell what he did to Haleigh. Most recently Tommy Croslin was forced into lock down after a group of prisoners roughed him up...

Misty Croslin got into an altercation with another inmate and suffered a broken nose after one of them decided to sock her one...

I'm sure the black prisoners didn't give Ronald Cummings a warm welcome, as tapes surface of Ronald talking to a pen pal, calling his fellow inmates the N-word... Cummings was later jumped by a group of prisoners and had his jaw dislocated...

Can't say I have any sympathy for these three creeps...

The torture, beatings, altercations, and calls for them to tell what they did to Haleigh will only grow louder and get more violent if they choose to "beware of snitches" and keep their bond of silence...

You three may not care about Haleigh Cummings, but do you want to go through the rest of your life getting beaten, verbally abused, and looked upon in disdain for withholding the truth? Life can be a living hell in prison for those involved in the murder, death, and foul play of a little girl...

Right now, you three have a big target on your back. Do you want to go through the next 15, or 25-years watching your back in fear that an inmate will make prison chow out of you?

If not, then fess up... Tick Tock, Tick Tock... The 2-year-anniversary of Haleigh's disappearance is coming up and I have a feeling your fellow inmates will be very agitated...

Haleigh Cummings and the nut job online trolls...

I've been blogging and hosting a online radio show on true crime stories for about 3 years now. I've met a lot of nice people who track these cases and run nice respectable blogs and forums on the cases: Such as Tricia Griffith who runs the true crime forum Websleuths, Art Harris who writes great investigative reports over on The Bald Truth, and many of the people I interact with on websleuths, twitter or facebook.

The above run their websites and forums with integrity and they delete the trolls who come in and spew their ignorant conspiracy theories or try to cause trouble. As do I... If anyone comes to my blog, facebook or twitter and attempts to slander innocent people, defend criminals, or spin crazy theories, I'll delete their posts, ban them and then block them. These creepy losers do not need to be encouraged or given a venue to spew their hate, lies and garbage.

I've also read blogs and online postings from a lot of nut cases who insert themselves into high profile cases and spew their garbage over the Internet and try to aid the disgusting criminals responsible for the murder of children.

Art Harris first coined the phrase Wild Wild West, after a couple of nuts called into a Blogger News Network online radio show about the Haleigh Cummings case. These nuts had accused or insinuated Kim Picazio, the former attorney of Haleigh Cummings, was working in cahoots with Haleigh's maternal family, to keep Haleigh in hiding.

The theory is and was laughable since, all the evidence was pointing towards the fact that Ronald and Misty were involved in Haleigh's disappearance. They failed their polygraphs, they lied to investigators, and they were refusing to cooperate with the police. You had to be a couple of tacos short of a Mexican platter to buy into their BS.

Almost every high profile case, has the psychotic losers that refuse to look at the evidence and side with the nut cases involved in brutal and horrific murders. But the Haleigh Cummings case takes the case.

A fake journalist, and all around tin foil hat conspiracy theorist creep, Timothy Holmseth aligned himself with Teresa Neves, (the strange mother of Ronald Cummings) and a fake "child advocate" (aka attention seeking fruit loop) who goes by the name of Rebecca Thomas. Together they targeted the mother of Haleigh Cummings, in order to try to get the attention off of Misty and Ronald Cummings.

What sort of child advocate are you Rebecca that you would defend the father who was either involved in his child's murder, or who left his child alone with a pill popping teenage drug addict? You're not a child advocate at all. You're an advocate for a child abusing dirt bag, and his family. Please stop calling yourself "Haleigh's child advocate" you nasty disgusting piece of crap.

Timothy Holmseth, in an obsessive and psychotic manner, started trashing the mother of Haleigh Cummings and everyone around her... including her parents, her former attorney, and even volunteers in the community who decided to aid Crystal Sheffield in getting the word out about her missing daughter.

Holmseth was fed information by Ronald's mother, and after photos surfaced that depicted Haleigh being abused at the hands of Ronald Cummings... Holmseth, made a desperate attempt to make Ronald look like a good father... the thug hugger started posting photos of Ronald and Haleigh laughing and playing together. And even made a sick and disturbing youtube music video that glamorized Ronald Cummings.

What a sick and disgusting mindset... To defend a man that abuses and mistreats his 5-year-old daughter... And all of the trolls and hanger on's working in cahoots with that freak should be ashamed... because they were enabling that psychopathic abusive thug Ronald Cummings, and sending the dirt bag a message that it was OK to abuse children and leave them with scratches and bruises on their face. There is a special place in hell for all of you.

There has to be a reason why these low life's defend a drug dealer, drug user, child abuser, and statutory rapist like Ronald Cummings. Most likely because they are dirt bags just like Ron, have thug family members like Ron, and they identify with scum bags within the criminal element, just like Ron.

Holmseth has been accused of being abusive to his ex wife, he has been accused of being abusive to his children, and in an interesting and entertaining side note, the paranoid crack pot has once accused someone of stealing his finger prints.

Furthermore, Holmseth teamed up with a dead beat and abusive father by the name of Donald Knop who was fired by Kim Picazio due to his outlandish and crazy behavior. So we see that birds of a feather flock together.

All of the people mentioned above had their hanger on's of nut case bloggers spread their innuendos, slander, and psychotic delusions in defense of Ronald Cummings all over the Internet. Timothy Holmseth has authored a book on the case, which I am sure will turn out to be a flop.

The good news is that most of these nuts, and the bloggers who do their dirty work, have been ran off of or flat out banned from reputable blogs and forums that cover this case. They have to join forums that the public is blocked from reading... Because the owner of those forums know that the members are sick and mentally disturbed people that love to defend scum like Ronald Cummings.

On my next post, I'll write about the trolls who have attempted to defend Casey Anthony who have gone so far as to accuse innocent people of Caylee's murder. Stay tuned...

All in the (Criminal) Family

Often time when a crime is committed we see family members stick with each other through thick and thin, and protect their criminal family member, and sometimes even aid them during the crime or help cover up a crime.

Prosecutors usually do not charge all of those involved, prosecutors like really simple cases, and do not want a case to get complicated by having co defendants and others charged as being party to a crime. So that means that most of the time, prosecutors only go after the top dog, which is a shame.

When a high profile case is covered on the news, we often see the news focused on one individual that may have committed a crime, and we may not consider that the individual that we are focused on, may have had help or was aided by members of their family.

In my opinion there is a group of people in cahoots to conceal their criminal activity in the Jessica Lunsford, Casey Anthony, and Haleigh Cummings cases.

Take the case of Jessica Lunsford... Florida police found the little girl's body buried in a shallow grave under the back porch of a trailer. A trashy looking convicted sex offender by the name of John Evander Couey, confessed to raping Jessica, and burying her alive -- along with her stuffed animal. Karma met up with Couey, as he died in prison from complications with anal cancer, after being sentenced to die.

The outrage is that this disgusting pervert had help from his inbred looking family members: 47-year-old hag Dorothy Dixon, 27-year-old skank Maddie Secord, her vile boyfriend Gene Secord and 31-year-old freak Matthew Dittrich. They were all charged with obstruction... A misdemeanor crime.

All of of the above meth freaks from hell, were in the trailer when Couey abducted Lunsford and took her back to the trailer to rape her in his bedroom. There is no way in hell all of these dirt bags were not aware of what was going on... They knew.

A guy is not able to bring a little girl into a small trailer, restrain her, rape her, and then dig hole and throw her in it, without the other members of the household knowing about it or aiding him in someway. I believe they all knew, and maybe even participated in what happened. I think they're all trashy, they're all obviously druggies, they're scum of the earth and they should all be in jail, but prosecutors there were too damn lazy to actually bring a case against them.

Couey's sickening sister, Dorothy Dixon knew that her pedophile brother was guilty, because after Jessica vanished and the case made national news, that greasy haired rat purchased Couey a bus ticket to Georgia, where Couey was later apprehended by authorities.

I think investigators should have rounded up all those freaks, grilled the crap out of them, and asked them questions such as: did you participate in raping Jessica Lunsford, did you help restrain her while your sex offender relative dug a hole to conceal her body? The investigators did a terrible job investigating their case, the prosecutor did a terrible job, and Bill O'reilly with the Fox News Channel helped expose all of them in 2005.

Another example is the murder case of Casey Anthony, the Orlando mother, who is accused of killing her toddler daughter, Caylee.

When the Orlando police were investigating this case, Caylee was "missing" and her mother had waited a month to report her daughter missing. Casey and her daughter both lived with Casey's parents, George and Cindy.

Their daughter that lives with them, is gone for a month, her toddler is also gone for a month and they don't know a thing? Hard to imagine.

While police were investigating the case, they found hair in the back of Casey Anthony's trunk, the hair had come off a decomposing body. Investigators wanted a sample of little Caylee's hair, to see if it matched, but Cindy Anthony purposely gave them the hair of her daughter Casey Anthony and later bragged about thwarting the police in an email she had sent to her publicist.

After all of that, Cindy Anthony was never charged with obstruction of justice... Why?

George Anthony is a retired police officer, he worked homicide cases, he has to know his daughter is guilty of murder due to the overwhelming evidence against his daughter. He even got into a confrontation with Casey, while Caylee was missing and demanded that Casey lead him to her body. It seems to me that George knew Caylee was dead.

George and Cindy Anthony were very uncooperative with the police and at one time, had retained the services of a criminal defense attorney named Brad Conway to help them get immunity before they would speak with investigators? Why the need for immunity if you have nothing to hide? Why not just be upfront with the police?

Then we have Casey's older brother Lee Anthony... Prosecutors did grant Lee Anthony immunity.

Again if you are totally innocent why the need to make a deal before you tell all you know?

And finally we have another case out of Florida, this time from the swamps of North Florida... Haleigh Cummings vanished from her home, while her teen babysitter and girlfriend to her druggie father was watching her.

Both the babysitter, Misty Croslin along with Haleigh's father Ronald, failed their police police polygraphs. Misty's story, that she didn't know anything never made sense, because the police ruled out an intruder and claimed that there were no signs of forced entry into the mobile home.

Later Misty Croslin and Ronald Cummings decided to get married, a month after Haleigh vanished. That decision made people start scratching their head, and further cemented the fact that these two knew what happened to Haleigh.

Police accused Ronald Cummings of protecting Misty and publicly claimed that Ronald wasn't cooperative with the police. Proving that these two had something to hide, and were sharing a dirty secret.

Details emerged regarding the lifestyle of Misty Croslin, those details read like a trailer park soap opera... Before Haleigh vanished Misty engaged in an affair fueled by drugs and booze, with a known felon by the name of Gregg Page.

Ronald and his family were well aware that Misty Croslin was a skank and druggie with no morals. But yet Ronald marries her, knowing that her story doesn't make sense, knowing that she is lying...

Why would he do that, unless he is involved in someway? Any innocent person would throw the lying skank out, the minute her lies started to be exposed...

But no... Ronald and his mother Teresa Neves and grandmother Annette Sykes, decided they would paint a false picture of Misty Croslin to the media.

Listen to Teresa Neves defend Misty Croslin to Journalist Art Harris, and claim that she is the best girlfriend Ron had ever had (geeez, this guy attracts the lowest of them all, probably because he is a scum bag).

Teresa Neves knows that Misty Croslin is involved in drugs and alcohol, she knows Misty Croslin wasn't faithful to Ronald, and she knew that Misty hung around a rotten crowd of druggie thugs...

So why was she defending Misty? Most likely because she knew Misty and Ronald were guilty, and she didn't want her son to be charged. So she had to create a united front.

Teresa Neves is a liar, and she is a conniving manipulator. Shame on her for lying to the media and the public. Shame on her for protecting Misty and Ron and putting those two disgusting druggies before her own granddaughter. Teresa Neves is a disgrace.

Then we have the grandmother of Ronald Cummings... Annette Sykes, who also personally vouched for Misty Croslin's character... and when Ronald and Misty were arrested for dealing drugs. Annette warned Ronald to watch out for snitches. Why would Ronald need to watch out for snitches if he was innocent and had nothing to hide?

I hope law enforcement start breathing down the necks of Annette and that manipulative lying sack of crap Teresa Neves, they know a lot more than they let on...

Did Mona Nelson Murder Jonathan Foster?

On Christmas Eve, 12-year-old Houston boy Jonathan Foster, vanished from an apartment complex where he lived with his mother and stepfather, Angela and David Davis. A body that was burnt beyond recognition has been identified as Jonathan Foster. A cause of death has not been determined because there were no accelerants found on the body.

Furthermore, in a shocking twist an arrest has been made. A 44-year-old WOMAN, by the name of Mona Nelson is charged with the murder of the 12-year-old. Kese Smith of the HPD, told ABC News that the 44-year-old grandmother has admitted to being with Jonathan that day, and has also confessed to disposing of his body in a ditch, but has not confessed to actually killing the 12-year-old.

We also know that the vehicle belonging to Nelson is caught on tape, backing up to the ditch where Jonathan's body was found, and that she was caught on tape throwing a body in a ditch.

MyFoxHouston is reporting that when police searched the home of Mona Nelson, that they discovered burned carpet, twine that matches the twine around Jonathan's hands, and weilding torches.

Police are also investigating to see if this 44-year-old woman is involved in any other cases. Could she possibly be a cold blooded evil serial killer? Michael Miller, a homicide detective at the Houston police department was quoted as saying: "She is a cold, soulless murderer who showed an absolute lack of remorse in taking the life of Jonathan Foster."

Is 44-year-old Monica Nelson the mysterious woman that Jonathan's mother talked to on the phone the day her son vanished?

What concerns me, is that we are getting conflicting stories about the telephone call where Jonathan's mother had apparently talked to Mona Nelson that day.

Angela Davis had previously claimed that she had never talked to the woman on the other end of the phone...

Her first story was, that she was told she had a telephone call... and when she answered, the woman on the other end hung up the phone.

Her second story was that the woman CALLED HER AT WORK... and Angela Davis claimed that when she answered the phone, she told the woman she was Angela, and then the woman asked her son "is your momma's name Angela?..." And then the woman hung up the phone.

Now the grandmother of Jonathan is telling ABC News a different story, Mary Gifford claims that Angela Davis called home, to talk to Jonathan, when a woman picked up the phone: "My daughter asked to speak with her son, and then the woman asked [Jonathan] if Angela was his mother," said Gifford. "He said, 'Yes ma'am, Angela is my mother,' and then the phone went dead."

Why all of these conflicting stories from the family?

Is there a connection between Mona Nelson and Jonathan's mother and stepfather that the family doesn't want to get out there?

Quannel X, the leader of the New Black Panther Party in Houston, met with Nelson and has claimed that she is involved, but that she is not the only one involved: "I believe Nelson did play a role in what happened, but I believe her role is disposing of the body....She said it was the stepfather, David, who paid her money to dispose of a container that he gave her."

Quannel X also said: "She knew them for the past couple of weeks, and what they primarily were doing was getting high together, drinking together and hanging out together...I believe this child was really a victim of his living circumstances,"

We know the reason the police could not put out an Amber Alert early on, was that the parents were giving conflicting stories. Why were they giving conflicting stories? What were they trying to hide?

I rarely agree with the New Black Panther Party on anything, but I think Quannel X, may be right... On the other hand, I have no reason not to believe in the Houston Police Department, and they claimed that they explored the possibility that Nelson had accomplices... They claim she implicated several people, they tracked those people down, grilled them, and investigated them, and they were not involved.

What do you think of the case? Did Nelson act alone? Did she have help? Is she a serial killer? What do you think about Jonathan's family and their conflicting stories?

I also wonder if Mona Nelson could have possibly sexually assaulted Jonathan? Remember the case of Sandra Cantu out of California? A woman by the name of Melissa Huckaby raped and murdered that 8-year-old girl. So we know women are capable of horrific murders and sexual assault.

Regardless of who is involved, this is an incredibly sad case and in my opinion all of those responsible should be executed. This 12-year-old boy did not deserve to die.

12-year-old Houston Texas boy Jonathan Foster vanished from his apartment complex, where he lived with his mother and father on Christmas Eve. New reports are saying that a suspect has been identified and taken into custody. We do not know the name of the suspect, but the suspect is a female, and was arrested in the neighborhood where Foster was last seen, and is now being questioned by investigators.

UPDATE 1: KHOU is reporting that the woman that has been arrested is not related to Jonathan Foster, that she is not cooperating, that police have gathered evidence against her, and were seen searching and taking items from her home.

UPDATE 2: FortBendNow is reporting that the woman that has been arrested is a friend of the missing child's family, and that murder charges will be filed against the suspect. Moreover, HLN is reporting that a car that was used by this woman, was captured on a security camera, in an area where the burnt body of a child was found yesterday, and that police are on the lookout for a male who may have something to do with this.

Angela Davis, Jonathan's mother has given several different stories. Her first story was that her son was withysitter, her second story was that he was home alone. It is politically correct to say her "stories aren't adding up", but to be blunt, if someone gives two different accounts of what happened, then one or maybe both of those accounts are lies. So the mother has started off this investigation by lying about her missing son.

In addition to her multiple stories about where Jonathan was that day, we hear about a call she got at work from a "mysterious woman."

She first claims that she did not talk to the woman on the phone, that when she went to answer the phone call from the woman, the woman had hung up. Then she claims she did in fact talk to the woman on the phone, and that she answered the phone and said: "This is Angela, is my son there?" (Weird way to answer the phone) and then a raspy voice woman asked someone "Is your momma's name Angela", and then hung up the phone.

Is the woman arrested the mysterious raspy voiced woman that allegedly called her at work?

I'm still skeptical of the mother, she has already told so many stories that aren't making sense. This reminds me of the early days in the investigation of Haleigh Cummings, when little by little we started learning of inconsistent stories told by Misty Croslin.

For the record, I'm not saying Angela Davis is guilty. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty, I'm just stating facts. Her stories are not adding up... And that would make any reasonable person want to take a closer look at her.

We know yesterday police started questioning the mother and stepfather, David Davis separately. We also know that a babysitter was also questioned.

Jonathan Foster Update: Angela Davis changes stories...

12-year-old Jonathan Foster vanished on Christmas eve from an apartment complex in Houston Texas, where he lived with his mother and stepfather. Now the mother in this case, Angela Davis is starting to remind me of Misty Croslin, Casey Anthony, and Terri Horman. She keeps changing her story...

Contrary to earlier reports that Jonathan's mother, Angela Davis, had last seen him at 1:45 PM at the apartment complex on Christmas eve... New reports indicate that Jonathan was at home alone according to Angela Davis.

Davis has changed her story. Her first story was that Jonathan was at a babysitters house, just a few doors down from where they live.

So where was he? Was he at home alone? Or at the babysitters home? Was there even a babysitter there with him? Why can't the mother just speak out and clear everything up? It is strange that Angela Davis is not out in the media more than she is.

We are also hearing more about an apparent "mysterious telephone call" concerning Jonathan Foster. Angela Davis told law enforcement that around 1:45 PM she got 2 telephone calls at work. Her boss had told her that her son called, saying it was an emergency, (Davis claims she never got the call). The second call, Davis claims she was told a woman needed to talk to her, but by the time she answered the phone, the person on the other end, hung up on her.

But that doesn't match up to what Angela had stated earlier... She had told a local media station that SHE was the one who talked to the mysterious woman on the telephone. Davis claims that she introduced herself as Angela and the woman on the other end of the phone asked someone "is your momma's name Angela" and then hung up.

I'd like to know if this is true... Did her boss actually receive those telephone calls? Did Angela actually talk to this woman? Could this "raspy" and "gruff" voiced woman be another imaginary "Zanny the Nanny" a la Casey Anthony?

One thing is for certain, this woman is telling multiple stories that don't add up...

We know that the police have taken the mother Angela, and stepfather David Davis, in for questioning. Also questioned today was a babysitter.

12-year-old Jonathan Foster, vanished Christmas Eve from his North Houston apartment complex, where he lived with his mother and stepfather. Jonathan's mother, told law enforcement that she last saw Jonathan, around 1:45 PM, when he came to the apartment complex to get video games to take back to his fathers home. Jonathan's mother reported him missing at 9:30 PM according to Sgt. Stuart Harris of Houston Police Departments Missing Persons Unit.

Jonathan's father and other relatives live in walking distance of the apartment complex and it wasn't unusual for Jonathan to walk back and forth.

Foster had been staying with a babysitter, he left to get video games from the apartment complex where his mother and stepfather lived.

According to several media reports all the relatives are cooperating with the police. Additionally, crime scene investigators have now seized a computer from one of the family homes, and are combing through the hardrive to see if Jonathan Foster, could have fallen prey to a online child predator.

New stunning reports are surfacing, that the mother of Jonathan Foster got a telephone call shortly before her son went missing. The telephone call seems right out of a horror movie. Apparently the call was from a woman with a rapsy voice. We do not know the nature of the call but police are telling the press it was "mysterious."

And in a sad and horrific twist, we are hearing that the burned body of a small child has been discovered in a Northeast Houston ditch. This is most likely the body of 12-year-old Jonathan.

I have several questions: Why did the babysitter not call 911 when Jonathan did not return home? It was Jonathan's mother that called 911... Furthermore, Who is this babysitter? We do not even know his or her name. Who is the mother, stepfather, and natural father? Why are they not out in the press begging the public for asnwers?

UPDATE 2: The mother is Angela Davis and the stepfather is David Davis.

The person that abducted and most likely murdered Jonathan, is someone that knew the family, if in fact the mysterious woman with a rapsy voice that called Jonathan's mother, is connected in his disappearance.

UPDATE 3: MyFoxHouston is reporting that both of Jonathan's parents have been taken away from their home, in separate police cars, for questioning. MyFoxHouston is also reporting that their car was towed. It is not clear yet, whether it was the biological parents, or the mother and stepfather.

UPDATE 4: Fortbendnow.com is reporting that the remains found in the ditch, are the remains of a child, that was 3-feet-tall. Foster was 5-feet-tall. So it looks like the remains found in the ditch are NOT Jonathan Foster.

The flesh would burn, but it is not very easy to burn bones. Even when a body is cremeated the bones are not burned, they have to put the bones through a grinding process.

There is a 4-year-old from Houston Texas named Jaiden Marin, who has been missing, and the body discovered is most likely the one of that 4-year-old. Since the body discovered is 3-feet-tall.

Haleigh Cummings: Surrounded by Psychopaths

I was writing a blog post about the families of suspected perpetrators in three missing/murdered children cases that have made headlines over the years. It is my opinion, that in many of these cases there are more than just one "guilty party" involved in these crimes. Because often, while the main perpetrator or perpetrators are arrested, convicted and sentenced, there are others that knew what was going on, covered up, lied, obstructed, and aided the guilty parties. Most of the time, it is family coming to the aid of other family members for various reasons. I'll post the blog post in a couple of days...

While using the Haleigh Cummings case as an example, I just started thinking how this missing child had so many psychopaths and sociopaths around her.

Nobody involved in the Haleigh Cummings case is a criminal mastermind or genius by any means. Most of them are dumber than a box of rocks, but there are many cold blooded people involved, that do have personality disorders and are involved in the criminal element.

A psychopath is someone who is manipulative, ruthless, and often charming. They do not have any morals. They're callous, cold blooded, and self centered. While a sociopath is all of that, they tend to be a little less organized, a little more unpredictable, and they often live on the fringes of society and have, or have never had family or economic support. A sociopath seems to be someone who, because of life's circumstances turns into an evil individual, because they never had any structure or support. While a psychopath just chooses to be the way they are.

I don't know all about the life of the people involved in the Cummings case, and I'm not a psychologist, but from what I've seen many of the players in the case seem to be sociopath/psychopathic.

Take Misty Croslin for example. The babysitter of Haleigh, and live-in-girlfriend of Haleigh's father. Part of her "act" is to make everyone believe she is an innocent, dumb little country hick, who couldn't hurt a fly. But in fact, this is a woman who complained about watching over Haleigh Cummings on her 17th Birthday. She complained about it AFTER Haleigh went missing.

It would be normal for a teenager to complain about watching a child on their Birthday, but not bringing that up after the child is missing, and most likely the victim of a horrible crime. Sometimes Misty lets her real personality slip out, when she complained about having to watch Haleigh, she showed just how little she loved Haleigh, and just how self centered she was.

Furthermore, Misty (who is in jail for dealing drugs...) also whines about the food in her jail cell, it isn't good enough for her, she isn't able to have any salt on her food, and she complains about how bored she is. All the while, a little girl that she allegedly loved is out there somewhere. She shows no concern about Haleigh. It is all about her, and her suffering. She is a cry-baby.

Misty also has no problem with lying. She has failed multiple polygraphs. That shows how manipulative this girl is. She has been able to manipulate so many people, such as disgraced Equusearch volunteer turned partner in crime Donna Brock. Since she has been able to manipulate people in the past into believing in her, she thinks she can manipulate a lie detector test. Obviously she was wrong.

Another good sign of a psychopath or sociopath is promiscuous behavior. Because to them, sex is not a big deal. To most people sex is something you engage in, with a person that you love and care about. But to a psychopath or sociopath, sex is something that just makes them "feel good..." so they do it whenever they want, with whoever they feel like doing it with. They do not have any emotional attachment to sex, or the person they are having sex with.

Misty Croslin had cheated on Ronald Cummings and shortly before Haleigh went missing. She had engaged in group sex, partying, and drugging with a group of unsavory characters.

Misty turned out this way, mostly because both of her parents are drug users who haven't been able to provide a good support system. Furthermore, her family claims that Misty was raped at a very young age. Which will obviously mess with someone psychologically. Is that the reason behind what caused Misty to have an anti social personality disorder? I don't know. But it is a good possibility...

Then we have Ronald Cummings. A man that went on national TV and cried in front of the cameras, a man that acted and put on a very dramatic show for the camera, where he fell to his knees and started balling about his missing child.

One would think this is a man who is distraught that his daughter is missing, but then we see a man dealing drugs while his daughter is missing. Plus, we see a man consumed with making a quick buck off of illegal drugs. We don't see a man that is interested in the whereabouts of his daughter.

It was also common knowledge, that after Ronald would go on various TV shows that he would cry for the camera, and then when the show was over, he would join his redneck buddies and go mud bogging.

That shows two sides to Cummings: A man who is crying in front of the camera, and one who acts different when he doesn't think the camera is on him. That shows someone who is manipulative, who is constantly trying to fool people for his own personal gain. The bad news is, is that Cummings has been somewhat successful in his game of deception of trying to make people believe he is a loving father, because he was able to fool a national TV host and a certain segment of people who follow this case. Those people may be easily fooled, but I can see right through the sleazy scum bag.

There are many similarities between Ronald Cummings and his former teenage bride Misty Croslin. Both publicly claimed that they "loved" Haleigh. Which is very common for people with personality disorders to do: "The shallow emotions of the psychopath are evident in the fact that many claim to love the people they have abused or even murdered. Most abandon their spouses and children, or mistreat them if they stick around. Those that do stay part of a family unit tend to view their families as possessions, existing to create a favourable impression of the psychopath to the world, and to serve his or her needs."

Ronald Cummings claimed that Haleigh was "Daddy's Little Girl" and they had a special bond with each other. But photos were released that depicted abuse. Abuse that people close to the family claim was done at the hands of Ronald Cummings. We also know that Ronald Cummings would often leave his children with god knows who, to go on drug runs. I've also heard that Cummings would also leave Jr, unattended after Haleigh vanished, while he and Misty Croslin would lock themselves in a room and have sex and snort coke. Doesn't sound like he loved them that much. Instead it sounds like he treats them, like a psychopath would treat their children.

Ronald, like Misty, is also very promiscuous. Misty Croslin is not the only teenage girl that Ronald has been sexually involved with. He also has another child in addition to Haleigh and Ron Jr, that he doesn't seem to care for. Furthermore, About a month after Haleigh vanished, Cummings had approached an individual and asked her if she was interested in having group sex with himself and Misty Croslin.

Again, Cummings seems to think that women are here for him to have sex with and impregnate, and then kick to the curb when he is finished with them.

Cummings also doesn't have a problem with lying. Since he along with Misty Croslin, were deceptive in their polygraphs.

Misty and Ronald are not the only ones that seem to have personality disorders. Ronald's grandmother, Haleigh's great grandmother -- Annette Sykes seems to show a lot of signs that she is a very cold, and self centered person who is incapable of showing empathy.

During an interview she gave to firstcoastnews about the murder of another little girl Somer Thompson, Annette Sykes made these comments: “It’s really sad and I hate that they found their little girl dead. I really do but they found her. They have her we still don’t have our little girl back we don’t have Haleigh.”

Notice, how she says "I really do BUT..." She wants people to think that she has sympathy and empathy for Somer's family, but she really doesn't. During the interview, she doesn't show her sympathy or empathy, instead she brings it back to her family and how bad her family is doing, and how she and her family is suffering more than Somer's family.

It was a really odd and strange interview to say the least. Annette Sykes, also was an enabler of her grandson's behavior. According to the multiple women that Ron was abusive towards, they all claim that Annette Sykes knew and didn't care that her grandson was abusive.

And my big problem with Annette Sykes, is during a telephone conversation with her grandson Ronald, after he was busted for dealing drugs, Annette Sykes told him to watch out for snitches. Wait a second, if Ronald had nothing to do with Haleigh's disappearance why would he have to watch out for snitches? Sounds like a Grandmother who knows her grandson, may be involved, but is coaching him on how to avoid getting caught.

Bottom line, this case has tons of people that have no moral compass, have no problems with lying, are involved in criminal activity of some sort, and have a host of personality disorders. This is why this case is so hard for the cops to crack...

Casey Anthony Dog and Pony Show Continues

Casey Anthony, the Orlando mother accused of killing her daughter Caylee Anthony, appeared in court Monday afternoon for a hearing.

Judge Belvin Perry ruled that the defense does not have to hand over information regarding how their expert witnesses are being paid, or how much they have been paid. Despite the fact that Anthony has been declared indigent and the tax payers are footing the bill for her defense.

However, the defense will be forced to turn over subject matter, photographs, videos and notes made by their expert witnesses that are not considered "word product." Most importantly the subject matter that their witnesses will be testifying about.

Casey Anthony's defense attorney Jose Baez also whined that the case is getting too much pretrial publicity, despite the fact that the defense team causes most of it.

For example, WFTV.com reported that the defense team for Casey Anthony made statements in the press that: They discovered 150 Texas Equusearch volunteers who searched the exact area where Caylee's body was discovered, and said the area was not underwater as some claim, and that no remains were there.

But the prosecution says that in conversations with the defense, that they have revealed only 6-10 volunteers had given them information that would be considered relevant to them...

Now the defense team has switched its strategy... After insinuating that the meter reader, Roy Kronk, who discovered Caylee's remains should be considered a suspect, they are backing off the strategy as using him as reasonable doubt to get their client off the hook.

In my opinion all of this is a bunch of crap. We all know there are a lot of nut cases out there that are attracted to missing and murdered children cases. So it doesn't really shock me that the defense can find a handful of creeps out there who say the searched the area, where the body was found, and didn't see a body.

People will say a lot of things to be the center of attention, to get their 15 minutes of fame, and get involved in a high profile murder case.

I also find myself rolling my eyes at the news that the defense is changing their strategy regarding Roy Kronk. How much tax payer dollars was wasted on resources investigating Kronk and interviewing all of his crazy disgruntled family members?

If they want to investigate aliens, wild conspiracy theories, etc they should be welcome to do so, but not if the tax payers are paying for it. That is why so many people are outraged at this defense team.

The dog and pony show, known as the Casey Anthony defense continues.... And all at the expense of the Florida tax payers.

Hope Fades

During the holidays we are so consumed with worrying about food, cooking, shopping, gifts, decorations, parties and family gatherings that we do not stop to think about the plight of the missing and their families. I cover a lot of missing people stories on my show, but even I seem to forget to stop and think, and say a prayer about them during the holidays...

I was thinking about two cases I have been covering: The Natalee Holloway case out of Aruba, and the Haleigh Cummings case out of Florida. The Natalee Holloway case has been going on for 5 years, while the Haleigh Cummings saga has been going on for almost 2 years.

It has occurred to me that the family of Natalee and Haleigh might not ever get answers as to what exactly happened to their loved one.

In the Holloway case, hope was shattered this week when a jawbone that washed ashore in Aruba, was discovered, not to be the jawbone of Natalee. Natalee's parents Beth and Dave Holloway have been fighting for justice for 5 years. Dave Holloway has gone to the island and conducted his own searches off and on throughout the years and Beth Holloway recently traveled to Peru to question the prime suspect in her daughters disappearance and probable murder.

The investigation into Natalee's Holloway's disappearance has been bungled from the start, the last known people to be seen with Natalee Holloway: Joran Vandersloot, Deepak and Satish Kalpoe, were not immediately questioned. They were arrested and released. They all pointed the finger at each other, and Joran has even made confessions to disposing of Natalee's body multiple times, but the authorities refuse to make an arrest.

In Aruba, it is not necessary to find a body to charge someone with murder. I have personally seen cases with less evidence prosecuted in a court of law, such as a case in my neck of the woods, when Nashville attorney Perry March and his father were tried and convicted for the murder of Janet March... no body was ever found. But there was plenty of circumstantial evidence, just like the in the Holloway case.

The reason the Aruba authorities have yet to file charges is because their own incompetence and corruption would be exposed by any defense lawyer. How can a prosecutor say that Vandersloot is guilty, when a slew innocent people have been arrested and detained only to be released during the course of their investigation? Not to mention the fact that Vandersloots own godfather was once the lead investigator on the case...

The Haleigh Cummings case out of Florida is similar. She is missing and a body has yet to be found. But unlike the Aruba police, the Putnam County Sheriff's office has tried their hardest to get the truth out of the people most likely involved in the disappearance: Ronald Cummings, Misty Croslin and Tommy Croslin.

The trio was busted along with others, in a drug sting and they all have been sentenced to more than 15 years in prison. Their behavior in this case stinks, less than a month after his daughter vanishes Ronald Cummings marries the last one to see her alive and refuses to cooperate with the police. Tommy Croslin inserts himself into the case and has told the cops numerous stories about what happened to Haleigh.

All of them have failed polygraphs and none of them can be trusted.

Can you imagine what Crystal Sheffield, Haleigh's mother and Marie Griffis, Haleigh's grandmother are going through? They're waiting on pins and needles for someone in jail to crack and tell the truth as to where Haleigh is...

Can you imagine what Beth Holloway and Dave Holloway are going through now that their hopes of finding out something... anything... are dashed?

The problem is, in both cases we are dealing with psychopaths who are heartless and have no concern about anyone but themselves. But we shouldn't be heartless...

Hope fades... But it shouldn't fade... Cases have been solved that are over decades old. So why can't these cases be solved? We should all keep these families and all the families of missing people, along with the investigators working on the cases in our prayers this Holiday season. Because the best gift for these families would be answers.

I will always have faith that Natalee and Haleigh's family will get answers soon...

Breaking: Verdict in Chandra Levy Case

Salvadoran illegal immigrant and gang member Ingmar Guandique has been found guilty for the 2001 murder of 24-year-old D.C. Intern Chandra Levy. Her remains were discovered in Rock Creek Park, one year after she vanished. Now almost a decade later, her convicted killer will be facing life without parole.

The prosecutions theory in the case, was that Guandique attacked and murdered Levy while she was jogging at Rock Creek Park. The prosecution was able to bring in Guandique's past convictions to show a pattern of behavior. Guandique had previously been convicted of attacking two joggers in the same park Levy's remains were discovered.

Furthermore, the prosecution alleged that Guandique had confessed to his cell mates that he had killed Levy.

There was no forensic evidence linking Guandique to the murder of Levy, due to the fact that Levy's remains had decomposed by the time they were discovered in 2002.

Guandique cannot speak or understand English, so he had to have the verdict translated to him, via earphones. After the verdict was announced he got angry and threw the headphones on the defense table.

Natalee Holloway Jawbone Found? Announcement expected Tuesday!

Fox News.com reports that an announcement is expected tomorrow on the results of a jawbone, found on an Aruba beach. Does the jawbone belong to missing Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway, who mysteriously vanished on the island in 2005?

What are the chances the bone belongs to Holloway? The New York Post says that a prosecutor on the island of Aruba has stated the bone belongs to a "young woman." Also, the American tourists who discovered the jawbone, found the jawbone on the same strip of the island where Natalee stayed and near the area where Vandersloot had confessed he disposed of the body in the ocean.

A source close to the Holloway family told ABC News that the Dutch authorities, who are testing the jawbone, may already know the results, and if the jawbone did not belong to Natalee that: "...they'd come out and say it wasn't her with all the fanfare." The authorities have been in possession of the jawbone for about a week.

Furthermore, Natalee's parents both sent dental records to the Netherlands last week. Reports say that teeth were found on the jawbone.

Joran Vandersloot, the prime suspect in the Natalee Holloway case, is currently in jail in Peru for the brutal slaying of a young woman named Stephany Flores.

Stay tuned. Because this could end up being the break everyone has been praying for in the case! The big question is: Will Aruba prosecutors, who refuse to charge Vandersloot with murder, despite his numerous confessions of disposing the body, actually charge him, if this jawbone is Natalee's?

Cross finger pointing in the Haleigh Cummings case

There are many "camps" of thought that people following the Haleigh Cummings case belong to. There are people out there that think that Misty Croslin, the 17-year-old babysitter/live-in-girlfriend of Haleigh's Father, and her family are guilty of Haleigh's demise and the disposal of her body.

Then there are people out there who think that it was Ronald Cummings and his family (Teresa Neves, his mother and grandmother Annette Sykes) that were involved in the demise and disposal the 6-year-olds body.

Another odd theory is that drug dealing gang members snuck into the mobile home, that night and abducted the child, because Haleigh's father Ronald, ripped them off, or had a major drug debt. People such as former prosecutor and frequent cable talking head Wendy Murphy believe this theory despite the fact that law enforcement stated there was no forced entry into the home and that it was not a stranger that abducted Haleigh.

Then there are the real crazy nuts, who are sort of like cult members. These crazy people think that Haleigh is alive and being hidden by Crystal Sheffield, Haleigh's mother. These cult members harshly attack Crystal for not being involved in Haleigh's life, but then contradict their attack by saying she and her family is somehow involved in an abduction. Makes absolutely no sense.

These people have befriended Haleigh's grandmother, Teresa Neves, the mother of Ronald and have launched an Internet attack of Crystal Sheffield, after Crystal spoke about being the victim of domestic abuse at the hands of Ronald Cummings.

I don't fit into either of these camps. I totally discount the theory that a stranger, or drug dealer abducted Haleigh. I also think the theory that speculates Haleigh's mother or her family abducted Haleigh is bogus.

I think it all boils down to two people, the people that were closest to Haleigh around the time of her disappearance. Ronald Cummings, the father of Haleigh, and Misty Croslin, the 17-year-old babysitter.

Misty's story has never made sense, there are tons of signals of deception. She has failed polygraph after polygraph, and a layered voice analysis revealed she was lying about what happened the night Haleigh vanished.

Moreover, Misty Croslin claims that a stranger was able to break into the home, come into the bedroom, (where Haleigh, Jr, and Misty were sleeping) and abduct Haleigh without Haleigh screaming, crying, waking up Haleigh's younger brother, or having Haleigh's younger brother wake her up. It makes absolutely no sense.

Plus if Misty was asleep and didn't know what happened, I think she would be able to pass at least one polygraph, but she hasn't been able to do so thus far.

Do I think that Misty Croslin is an evil monster who murdered Haleigh all by herself? Absolutely not. Do I think that she is a little girl who is manipulated by Ronald and innocent in all of this? Absolutely not. I think the truth is somewhere in the middle.

I think that Misty is a young immature, shallow teenager who was into drugs, alcohol, and partying. I think she is slightly self centered and because of the lack of guidance in her life, and lack of parenting, she really has no moral compass.

She is the perfect girlfriend for Ronald Cummings, one that he can sorta control, get her to do what he wants, plus she lives the same lifestyle that he does: drugs and partying. And he can dump his children on her and leave her to play house and babysitter with them.

Ronald Cummings is also suspicious. In the days and weeks following the disappearance of his daughter, he was seen taking money out of donation jars and purchasing beer. He was seen going out to eat and having fun with Misty Croslin. He would go on HLN's "Nancy Grace" show and cry about his missing daughter, and then the minute the show is over, he would go out and go mud bogging.

Ronald Cummings was more eager to go on Nancy Grace's show (that supplied him with a free ride in a Limousine) than he was to talk to the police. Major Gary Bowling with the PCSO told the Florida Times Union that Ronald had cut off interviews with them and had been keeping Misty under his wing.

Moreover, Ronald Cummings got an attorney and lawyered up before anyone in this case. He also married Misty Croslin (despite the inconsistencies in her story) only one month after his daughter vanished.

Getting married and eating wedding cake and celebrating with friends and family, while your daughter is missing, (possibly the victim of murder or a sexual assault) is completely odd.

It shows Ronald Cummings is a evil psychopath, he doesn't have empathy, so he didn't understand that by having a wedding celebration right after his daughter mysteriously vanishes, comes off as weird and odd in the eyes of the American public.

But the fact is, Ronald Cummings really doesn't care about how he comes off. Ronald is a psychopath who wanted to do what he wanted, when he wanted, and he will be damned if anyone is going to get in his way. This is a man that traveled hours away from his hometown while his daughter was missing to get some tattoos paid for by people who donated to the family.

When a local reporter confronted him, Ronald went into a rage and complained about the media attention and stated that he couldn't be "left alone" to "do what he wanted to do." What a second! Your child is missing you scum bag! Most people in your situation would be happy for the media attention.

The reality is, Ronald didn't want to talk to that reporter, because that reporter didn't supply him with a Limo and wanted to ask tough questions. Ronald only went on TV if there was something in it for him.

I've always thought that Ron and his family were paid by the "Today" show, when he gave them permission to tape their wedding. He also flew to New York with his child bride to give them an "Exclusive interview" after the wedding. Again, all the while his child is missing.

It all boils down to Misty and Ron. They married after Haleigh vanished, and despite their divorce, they were ring leaders of a drug ring together. So that leads anyone with common sense to conclude that they were in on whatever happened to Haleigh together. The both of them.

I also think members of Misty's families could have helped Misty dispose of evidence and help her out. Who specifically helped her? I can only speculate. I also think it makes sense to think members of Ronald's family are involved in whatever happened.

Ronald's mother Teresa was a vocal defender of Misty, you would think she was mother Teresa the way she talked about her. And then suddenly Teresa turned on Misty, and said she should be "hanged." Why the change of tune?

We also know that Ronald's grandmother Annette Sykes had told him to be careful about "snitches" in jail! Sounds like someone who thinks, or knows that her grandson is guilty in whatever happened to Haleigh, otherwise, there would be no reason to be worried about a snitch!

So I think the theory of Ron and his family having involvement and further information has a lot of grit to it along with the theory that Misty and her family having more information and being involved in helping her dispose of evidence has some grit to it.

We got to remember that both Ron's family and Misty's family are not decent people. I'm sure there are good people on both sides of the family, I don't want to lump all of them all together as "bad apples", I'm sure there are good apples in there. But generally speaking they aren't people you'd want to be friends with.

Teresa Neves and Annette Sykes have been involved in frivolous lawsuits, many people regard them, especially Teresa, as scam artists. They've taken money from many people following this case. Because of their greedy ways, it has cost them to loose some supporters.

While Misty's parents have both been in and out of jail on drug charges since Misty was a child. Misty's parents did not provide a loving house hold for their children, and frankly they didn't deserve to have custody of their children until they were clean and off drugs.

So when you are dealing with people like the Croslin and Cummings clan, it is a deadly combination.

One particular crime forum Radio Newz is divided into camps. One camp is anti Crystal, they are there to attack Crystal and defend Ronald. They're not interested in getting to the truth. They are there to fight an insult people who have common sense and call out Ronald Cummings for a being a drug dealing, menace to society, dirt bag who is most likely involved in whatever happened to Haleigh.

Then there is the camp that hates the Croslin's and want all the Croslin family rounded up and lynched.

Then there is the camp that despise Ronald, like myself. But I part ways with many of them with their support for Misty Croslin. She is a liar, who knows what happened and is refusing to tell the truth.

My guess is that Misty and someone close to her, possibly a family member, disposed of Haleigh's body in a very gruesome fashion. Misty knows that if she told the truth about what happened, it would repulse people and make people hate her even more than they do now.

My guess is that Ronald and Misty were either having trouble with Haleigh and abused her or drugged her causing her to die. Whatever happened most likely happened before Ronald went to work and Haleigh expired while he was at work. Then Misty possibly with the help of family, disposed of the body.

When there are so many disgusting people involved in this case it makes no sense to get into "teams" and advocate for certain family members, when most of them are scam artists, liars, and involved in drugs.

But on radionewz posters on the site often bitch, fight, complaint and get into all out wars over who is right. I think most people make good points, but one particular group, the Crystal haters are the most vile.

Because of their avid defense of Ronald Cummings, a drug dealer and statutory rapist, I avoid posting on the site. That is my only complaint with the website, that the Teresa Neves trolls are allowed to spread their vile hatred on the forum. But you know what, it isn't my forum. I just choose not to participate or engage in the Crystal haters.

I've talked with the website owner "Radio" over the net, and generally like her. She is a funny person who likes to stir the pot. She does keep the interest in this case flowing. So stirring the pot isn't a bad thing. She doesn't shove her opinion of the case down the throat of anyone and I really don't know who exactly she thinks is involved. She has a forum where all sides of the case are allowed to express their opinion. Regardless of how nutty and stupid their opinion is.

Another blogger, John Gohde, has recently taken issue with Radio's site. I like John Gohde, he is a talented writer and I agree with a lot of his comments on this case and radio's forum (but not all). Mr Gohde has characterized Radio as a Ronald hater, a male hater, and someone who only allows people that think Ronald is responsible for what happened to Haleigh on her forum. I disagree.

I've had conversations with radio on twitter, where she had told me she disagreed with me on this case. Radio told me she had once thought that Ronald Cummings was involved and that he was the ringleader, but as time passed she now thinks that it was Misty Croslin and people in her family.

I think it is interesting to see how people have divided themselves into "camps" in this case. Posters pick sides and refuse to look at the big picture.

Most likely both families are guilty as hell, they know what has happened and they've been screwing up this investigation since day one fighting with each other. I'm tired of people being polite and politically correct about it. There is a special place in hell for both sides of the family.

I'd love to get out the buckets of water, line em all up and water board them until every single one of em tell what happened to Haleigh.

Misty's family points at Ronald's family, and Ronald's family is pointing at Misty's. That tells me they're all trying to cover their ass with cross finger pointing.

Some people are falling into their little game, I'm not. I'd love nothing more than to see many more of these dueling family members land behind bars.

Cyber Bullying

The internet is a valuable tool. But the world wide web also has many downfalls and those downfalls seem to be getting a lot of attention these days.

We've all seen the headlines concerning a closeted gay college student who had his roommate tape a sexual encounter he had with another man, put a Live stream of it on the internet and then post it to twitter, advising his twitter followers about it.

The young man killed himself afterwards.

Moreover, there are horror stories of facebook and myspace used as tools of people bent on terrorizing and traumatizing. Sadly the victims of these bullies often kill and hurt themselves as a result.

The trend of terrorizing people over the internet is growing because of social networking and the internet makes it easier for people to terrorize people.

Let's face it. It is much easier to call someone a name over the internet than it is to their face, or even over the phone.

I've personally examined a lot of "group" and "pack mentality" when it comes to bullying, terrorizing and stalking people. People feel stronger ganging up on someone when they have others back them up. It makes them feel less guilty, because they can use the excuse that they're not the only one who are doing what they are doing. It's like the excuse "but everyone else is doing it!" Plus they always like to point the finger at someone who is nastier than they are in order to get the attention off of themselves.

Not to mention the fact that they feed off of each other and revel in their own nastiness.

I've been the victim of such groups online. I have a thick skin. I'm not going to go kill myself, hurt myself, or cry over what someone rights about me on the internet. I'm a public figure, I've made national TV and radio appearances and I host my online talk show. So I sorta like the groups and people out there that take issue with my thoughts. It shows I've hit a nerve.

But there are people out there who do not have a thick skin, who are not public figures who also find themselves the victims of online terrorists bent on destroying their lives.

This problem is only going to get worse because of the prominence of social networking sites.

The problem is the bullies and victimizers are often viewed as "victims" they are not delt with harshly enough. People argue "kids will be kids." They often want to bring the victim and their bully together for "group therapy" to "work out the differences."

All of that is hogwash. The message needs to be sent loud and clear. If you use the internet to abuse, bully, threaten, and make fun of a non-public individual, you are a cowardly piece of crap dirt bag.

Often these bullies are insecure about themselves and they can't take the heat. Calling them out and judging them harshly would make them examine themselves and examine their behavior, and hopefully in the end stop their behavior.

Zahra Baker Update: Stepmom Indicted

10-year-old Zahra Baker, a native of Australia, moved to North Carolina in 2008, along with her father Adam Baker. Zahra's father met Elisa Baker, who hails from North Carolina online, the two married and moved to Hickory North Carolina.

Now Zahra Baker is missing and investigators believe she is the victim of homicide, after police dogs found the scent of decomposition in vehicles belonging to the father and stepmom of Zahra.

Zahra was reported missing by her father Adam Baker, October 9th, in the afternoon.

Zahra was a bone cancer survivor and sadly had to have her leg amputated. Her prosthetic leg was discovered last week in a bushy area, off a road in Caldwell County North Carolina.

Now Hickory police have confirmed that the prosthetic leg is infact that of Zahra Baker. Also last week, police had found the mattress that belonged to Zahra. The mattress was disposed of in a landfill by her father and stepmom days before Zahra was reported missing. That matress contains DNA on it according to investigators.

Meanwhile, in other breaking news: Elisa Baker has been indicted by a Catawba County Grand Jury. The 42-year-old stepmom of Zahra was indicted on one count of felony obstructing justice. The indictment states that Elisa: "unlawfully, willfully and feloniously did with deceit and intent to defraud a police investigation, obstruct justice by constructing and placing a false ransom letter and reporting an abduction of her stepdaughter, Zahra Baker.”

Rant of the day: Casey Anthony sucking Florida tax payers dry

Casey Anthony, is accused of murdering her toddler daughter Caylee. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty against the so called "tot mom." The case is costing Florida tax payers a whopping $67K.

Basically Casey Anthony is a bimbo slut, who obviously murdered her daughter, so she would no longer have the responsibility of being a mother. She waited a month to report her child missing, in reality the child's dead decomposing body, was rotting away in the trunk of her mothers car, according to forensic evidence.

Furthermore, photos were released to the media showing Casey Anthony frequenting nightclubs in central Florida while her child was "missing."

Casey Anthony had also searched online for ways to make the illegal chemical substance chloroform on her computer before the child went missing. Air samples showed that chloroform was in the trunk of the car, along with Caylee's dead body.

The body was dumped not far from Casey's home. At the dump site, a syringe was discovered and inside the syringe were traces of chloroform.

Duct tape was also put over Caylee's mouth and nose. The same brand of duct tape was used by the Anthony family to hang up "Find Caylee" posters in the area. In addition to that, the same brand of duct tape was found on gas cans that were also in the trunk of the car, along with the dead body. The common theme: It was all the same brand of duct tape, and the duct tape used to tape Caylee's mouth shut most likely came from the Anthony home.

The evidence shows that Casey Anthony injected her daughter with chloroform, duct taped her mouth and nose shut to make sure she never breaths again, and then threw her body away in a trash bag. All because she was sick and tired of being a mom and taking care of a child she had previously called a "snot nosed brat."

So why is it costing the tax payers so much money? The trial is expected to cost Florida taxpayers millions of dollars before it is all over.

I blame the defense lawyers of Casey Anthony, but Fox News host Geraldo Rivera has his own theory. Rivera blames the prosecution, Rivera thinks it is an over prosecution and the death penalty should not be on the table. Many people agree with Rivera's analysis, citing the death penalty as the reason the case is costing so much.

These are quotes Rivera made to the Orlando Sentinel:

“Any prosecutor who attempts to impose the ultimate penalty on Casey Anthony is more concerned with scoring cheap political points than attaining justice. It’s an absurd overprosecution.”

“Casey is a selfish, self-involved dimwit,” Rivera said. “But to seek to kill her, because she killed that sweet baby is an absurd overprosecution and will color the whole prosecution.”

“In an enlightened society, to put her [Casey] to death is absurd. I’m so scornful of that effort. I think they risk putting the entire case in jeopardy. She has a better chance of being acquitted now if they had gone for a more realistic sentence or negotiated a reasonable sentence.”

“Fifteen to 20 years would be fine, including time served,” Rivera said. “It’s the best way out for everybody involved, including the prosecution. Outside of Orlando, I believe most people agree with me. In Orlando, it’s a constant drumbeat of ‘Let’s exorcise the devil.’ ”

I generally agree with Geraldo Rivera, I think he is a journalist with a lot of guts, and did a great job confronting the dirt bag father of missing Haleigh Cummings. But his take on the prosecution in this case is bull crap!

It isn't the prosecution costing the state so much money, it is Casey Anthony's defense team!

A judge declared her indigent, which means she is unable to pay for her defense. So that means her lawyers and expert witnesses will be paid for by the tax payers of Florida.

She has so many lawyers, (so many that I've lost count). She has witnesses from all over the country and all over the world. She has a dutch forensic expert, as well as the inspiration for the hit TV show "Bones," Dr. Kathy Reich, a forensic anthropologist from Canada working for her.

Why does she need so many lawyers? Most defendants have one lawyer handling their case. Why does she need witnesses from different states and even witnesses from all over the world? Florida is a big state. I'm sure there are tons of experts in Florida, for the defense to choose from. Why should the Florida tax payers pay for all of this?

Just because some lawyers and experts want to get their mug on TV, doesn't mean the tax payers should foot the bill for all this.

Not to mention that the defense keeps asking the judge in this case to reconsider all of his rulings, and keeps dragging their feet. They waste time and resorces.

Jose Baez told WFTV's Kathi Belich that he wanted the case "tried tomorrow" just like the media did. Obviously he does not!

This case is obviously a death penalty case, Casey Anthony is a monster. The evidence shows she planned this and the fact the child was only a toddler, and murdered at the hands of her own mother, makes the case even more horrific.

Orlando attorney Richard Hornsby has said that while visiting a client in jail, he witnessed Anthony watching a soap opera. Basically Florida tax payers are paying for this walking STD, to watch soap operas...

Giving Anthony due process and allowing her constitutional rights, does not mean we should bend over backwards for this skank and her team of lawyers.

Why is Burke Ramsey refusing to cooperate with the police?

I've always been very vocal in my suspicion regarding the parents of murdered 6-year-old beauty queen JonBenet Ramsey. When the horrific murder occurred in 1996, I was young, but I vividly remember the newspaper headlines, TV reports and discussion about the case. But I never had an opinion one way or the other. I wasn't interested in news or true crime stories then.

Over the years, I've watched documentary after documentary, read many books on the case, and started to really research the case in 2006 when Patsy Ramsey passed away and John Mark Karr was arrested for the murder.

Karr was the weirdo, who was busted in Thailand while he was undergoing a sex change operation. Unfortunately for Karr, he didn't get to complete it, because he was arrested and forced to come back to the United States after a Journalism professor and vocal advocate for John and Patsy Ramsey, turned over email exchanges he had with Karr.

In the email exchanges Karr apparently confessed to murdering JonBenet Ramsey. He even described in detail how he fantasized of going to JonBenet's grave and having sex with her skeletal remains in her coffin.

Obviously he was a sick and twisted piece of crap. But it was obvious to anyone with a dose of common sense that he was a nut job who wanted to insert himself into the case. His ex wife, who most likely hates the freak, gave him an alibi and charges were dropped.

The Boulder DA made a complete fool of herself over the fiasco and it was evident that there was an attempt by Mary Lacey to throw red herrings out to the public to "clear" the Ramsey's. John Mark Karr was one of them.

And now, because of Lacey, that pedophile John Mark Karr who openly discusses his attraction to children, is in the United States walking free and trying to start a "JonBenet cult."

But Karr wasn't the only red herring that Mary Lacey threw out to the public. Right before leaving office, she made a last ditch attempt to "clear" the Ramsey's. She claimed that DNA found in JonBenet's underwear proved there was an intruder.

The DNA that was found was a very small amount of DNA, the DNA wasn't found inside the home of JonBenet, and the DNA could have easily come from the factory workers who made the underwear JonBenet was wearing. Because the underwear the child was wearing was brand new and came straight out of the package.

Now that Lacey is out of office, a new prosecutor has been assigned to the case, as well as a special task force. Hopefully we may see progress in the case.

Recently we learned the investigators had tried to speak to JonBenet's older brother Burke, by going to his college campus and giving him a card. Burke was 9 when his sister was killed, and is currently 23 years of age.

We've learned that Burke is refusing to cooperate and is not interested in answering questions about the case. Why?

The lawyer for the Ramsey family, Lin Wood, has even gone so far as to accuse investigators of harassment.

It is behavior like that, that make me question the innocence of the Ramsey family.The have treated law enforcement like enemies, when they are trying to do their job.

While I do not think that Burke Ramsey murdered JonBenet, I do think he may hold clues and it is important for law enforcement to talk to him again.

Remember the Ramsey family refused to cooperate with the police in 1996. They immediately hired lawyers and PR professionals. When they finally consented to be be questioned by the police, they refused to be questioned separately. Why?

John Ramsey: Why do you and your family continue to resist cooperating with the police? Why will your son not cooperate? Did you or your lawyer advise him not cooperate? Are you afraid of what Burke will say?

If you're innocent you should always cooperate with the police...

The Ramsey's have never acted as if they wanted to find out what happened to their daughter. They always seemed to be looking out for themselves, instead of the true victim JonBenet Ramsey.

Break in the Haleigh Cummings case?

Recently Misty Croslin, the last person to see missing child Haleigh Cummings alive was sentenced to 25-years in prison for drug trafficking. Croslin was busted along with her brother Tommy Croslin and her ex-husband Ronald Cummings - who is the father of Haleigh.

Ronald Cummings was sentenced to 15-years for drug trafficking after snagging a plea deal. In exchange for a deal, Cummings gave up new information that he had been withholding from the police. Art Harris reported on "Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell" that Cummings gave up information concerning a timeline, and information on various players involved in the case.

Now just before Misty Croslin faces a judge in Putnam County Florida, to learn her fate for drug trafficking in that jurisdiction, we learn that the sentencing has been delayed for 3 months. Croslin faces basically the rest of her life in prison.

Why the delay?

In my opinion, Croslin has given investigators new information in the case and authorities need time to make sure the information she has given them is correct before they give her a deal.

Croslin most likely talked, because she knew that there was no way she could get out of prison on those drug trafficking charges.

Moreover, I also think that the strategy of the state attorney was to play Misty Croslin and Ronald Cummings against each other. Give Ronald a deal, pressure him to give up information, and get Misty Croslin nervous about what he is giving up, in order to get her to talk.

We know that after Ron gave new information to investigators, that Misty Croslin had to be put on suicide watch after a brutal interrogation.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who Croslin is covering for. Not her idiotic brother Tommy Croslin or her Tennessee cousin Joe Overstreet, but her statutory rapist --- Ronald Cummings.

Remember that Croslin was only 16 when she moved in with Ronald Cummings who was in his mid twenties. What would Ronald Cummings want with a 16-year-old girl? Well obviously he likes his girl young, so he can easily control them. All of his ex girlfriends have horror stories of him and his intimidation tactics.

Major Gary Bowling also told the Florida Times Union that Cummings was uncooperative with investigators and resisted being questioned. Chelsea Croslin also said on my show that Ronald advised Misty Croslin not to speak to the police. Cummings also told a Nancy Grace producer that police complained that he was keeping Croslin under his wing.

That doesn't exactly sound like someone who is trying to find his missing daughter. It smells like someone who is trying to control his teenage wife/girlfriend so she will not tell what she knows.

I think the tactic by investigators to separate the two, play the two against each other, to get Misty talked has worked...

Ronald Cummings should be VERY nervous right now about what Misty Croslin is saying now...

Caylee Anthony duct tape debate!

Recently I appeared on HLN's "Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell" to discuss the latest in the Caylee Anthony murder case to discuss key evidence in the case: DUCT TAPE.

Prosecutors are alleging that Casey Anthony, the mother of the murdered child used duct tape as the murder weapon, covering the toddlers mouth and nose, thus blocking air passage.

The defense is claiming the duct tape was never placed over the mouth/nose but it was around the neck.

How absurd! There is no logical answer for the duct tape to be placed around the neck. If there was duct tape found on the skeletal remains, it was obviously put there to block air and it was put over the mouth/nose. On the duct tape was a heart shaped sticker, which can be matched to the home of Caylee Anthony, not matching Roy Kronk, as defense attorney and panelist Jayne Weintraub pointed out.

Furthermore, the same brand of duct tape that was over Caylee's mouth was the same brand used to put up missing Caylee fliers by the Anthony family, and the same brand found on gas cans that were located in the trunk of Casey Anthony's car.

Haleigh Cummings Update

Last week Chelsea Croslin, the sister-in-law of Misty Croslin spoke out in an Exclusive interview on HLN's "Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell" and gave her theory on what happened to missing Florida girl Haleigh Cummings.

Croslin said she thinks that Haleigh died by overdosing on pills belonging to the missing child's father, Ronald Cummings and that Tommy Croslin and Joe Overstreet disposed of the body.

Croslin also said she thinks the mysterious "man in black" that Haleigh's little brother claimed he witnessed abducting his sister, was in fact Ronald Cummings and that Ronald's work uniform was black, and that police have that uniform.

Art Harris reported on http://www.artharris.com/ that Ronald's uniform was blue. But is it possible that Jr could get blue confused with black? Would a blue uniform look like a black uniform if there were no lights on in the trailer and it was dark?

Chelsea Croslin also exposed Ronald Cummings as a twofaced little weasel. While Cummings was a regular on HLN's "Nancy Grace" and was known for crying in front of the cameras, Chelsea provided photos to HLN where after Haleigh went missing, Ronald was smiling, kissing and celebrating with Misty Croslin.

Did prosecutors make a deal with the devil to solve the Haleigh Cummings case?

When news broke that the state attorney prosecuting Ronald Cummings on his drug trafficking charges, made a deal with Cummings, many people were outraged, because they held Ronald in such contempt for dealing drugs while his daughter is missing. They didn't want Ron to get a deal, they wanted him to get the max and spend the rest of his life behind bars, and finally be held accountable for his life of drugs. A life that he subjected onto his young children...

I was initially part of that camp. I'd love for Ronald to spend the rest of his life behind bars, I'd love for Ron to get the gavel brought down on him. But the big elephant in the room is the Haleigh Cummings case, and that beautiful missing child. It is obvious the police were using the drug charges to squeeze the truth out of all of those arrested such and Misty Croslin, Tommy Croslin and Ronald Cummings.

The person that investigators most likely wanted to hear from the most was Ronald, because he has remained tight lipped to the police and on many occasions refused to come in for questioning.

The first one to talk is the first one to get the deal.

Misty Croslin kept singing the same tired tune that she did not know what happened and wasn't involved. It was obvious bunk. She failed multiple polygraphs, and every time her lips are moving -- she is lying.

Tommy Croslin lies just as much as his sister. His story concerning Joe Overstreet made no sense. And also like his sister he failed multiple polygraphs and changed his story every time he opened his mouth.

The one person that did not talk was Ronald Cummings. As I mentioned previously, he refused to be questioned.

Ronald was facing basically the rest of his life in prison, and he decided to take a gamble and give up information that he had been withholding.

So Ron decides to spill the beans... Was it lies? Was it truthful? What exactly did he give the state attorney? We don't know. But the big headline is that he talked and gave his version of events. Anytime, investigators can get an uncooperative player in a case to start talking, is big news and it only helps the investigators.

Furthmore, as Art Harris has reported. After speaking with Ronald Cummings, investigators questioned Misty. I smell a division between those two and that is only good news. It is my opinion those two know exactly what happened to Haleigh and played a big part in whatever happened.

I think making the deal with Ronald Cummings is a smart move and can only help further the investigation into the Haleigh Cummings case.

As part of the deal Ronald Cummings participated in a proffer session where he was basically grilled and questioned and the information he gave up cannot be used against him. This shows it is very likely that Ron has information concerning what happened to his daughter and could possibly have played a role in what happened. Which is why he is just now giving it up and in a proffer session.

Ronald may be feeling cocky and arrogant for snagging a sweet deal, but he is no match for investigators and the state attorney. They'll be getting the last laugh. Because what Ron told them, cannot be used against him, but they can further investigate what he says and supplement that from other sources and that can be used against him.

Moreover, Ron giving new information will most likely put Misty in a tight spot and then she will start talking. Ron married Misty after Haleigh vanished, he was dealing drugs with her, he sheltered her from law enforcement and now she is no longer under his protection and is most likely feeling the pressure knowing that he possibly gave up info on her.

I just wonder what his fellow inmates think of a father, withholding information about what happened to his missing child for over a year?

Ronald Cummings is a target in the Haleigh Cummings investigation

It is becoming increasingly evident that Ronald Cummings is a target in the investigation into his missing daughter Haleigh Cummings and that he was involved in whatever sort of foul play his daughter met.

Recently Cummings was able to snag a sweet deal with prosecutors. The deal entailed that Cummings would get two of his drug trafficking charges dropped. Those two charges carried a minimum mandatory of 25 years in prison. Cummings still has three remaining drug trafficking charges two of which carry a minimum mandatory of 15 years in prison.

But what made prosecutors drop those two charges? Prosecutors don't just drop two charges for the sake of dropping them. Especially when a high profile murder of a child is the big elephant in the room.

A deal was obviously made. A deal means there is give and take. The prosecutors would drop two of the charges that would land him in jail for the longest period of time. That means Ronald had to give them information in order to get the charges dropped. Information that they were not aware of it.

But what was that information? I would argue the information was about the Haleigh Cummings case. He couldn't give them information regarding the drug charges his co-defendants are facing, because all of that was caught on tape. They were caught red-handed on a undercover dash cam. They don't need Ron to say Misty Croslin did this, or did that, because the tape contains all of that information.

The Haleigh Cummings case trumps any small time redneck drug dealing case in the area.

Investigative Journalist Art Harris, with ArtHarris.com reported on Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell that Ronald Cummings gave law enforcement information on his missing daughter:

ART HARRIS, INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALIST: Jane, I can tell you that Ronald Cummings has told law enforcement about a timeline and about phone calls Misty made that night. So -- or actually that he made that night. And they are trying to put together new information he`s given them. And that has resulted in a request to interview Misty Cummings -- Misty Croslin again.

The big question is this: Why would Ronald Cummings just now give police information on his missing daughter if he was 100% innocent regarding any foul play? There really isn't an answer to that. The only reason Ron would withhold information from the police would be if he is involved in whatever happened.

I know law enforcement has told the public that Ronald Cummings is not considered a suspect, but the reason I think they did that was because we know Ronald refused to be questioned by police, and hired a team of criminal defense lawyers very early in the case.

“Besides ‘No I didn’t have nothing to do with my child being missing,’ what do you say?” he asked.

Maj. Gary Bowling, director of law enforcement for the department, said detectives would like to interview Cummings again but have been resisted.

Law enforcement wanted to interview Ronald Cummings and for so long he refused. So LE claims he is not a suspect so that Ron would come in for questioning. That is a brillant tactic.

Now because of the deal, Ron finally talked. Hopefully this all comes back to bite him in the butt as law enforcement and the state attorney build their case against him, Misty Croslin and Tommy Croslin.
